Pro: This unit was perfect. From the start there was great communication and Emanuale met me at the vaporetto stop and carried my bag the 50 metres to the lovely apartment. Well equipped kitchen, very fast wi-fi and so conveniently located . I was able to get around Venice on public transport so easily. Emanuale also spent a lot of effort to explain good places to eat and visit, all marked clearly on a map he provided. Thoroughly recommend.

Location great, accommodation and Host excellent, could not ask for more.

Pro: Host meeting us, and taking the time to give us an introduction to Venice, places to visit, to eat general tips etc.

Pro: 베니스 산타마리아 역에서 ACTV 수상버스로 두정거장 San Stae 역 바로 앞입니다. 베니스시내 다리마다 계단이 있어서 짐끌고 어떻게 오나 걱정도 했었는데 수상버스로 정말 편하게 올 수 있었어요. 주인아저씨 완전 슈퍼 친절하십니다. 베니스시내 리알토다리, 산마르코광장 다 걸어서 돌아볼 수 있는 좋은 위치입니다. 다시 베니스에 들르면 여기로 올 생각입니다. 강추합니다.

Pro: Super Lage, sehr gepflegt, großzügig geschnitten, modern ausgestattet, ein sehr netter Gastgeber mit vielen Tipps.

I would recommend this place to friends and family, good value for the money.

Pro: We liked everything about this apartment. Great location, comfy beds, very clean and upgraded to todays standard. It equipped with all appliances, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer! The owner is super friendly, he provided us with all the tips and secret spots in Venice. We chilled at a waterfront bar which only locals know about due to his advice. We wish we could stay longer :)

Contro: You can’t find the address on google map, just contact the owner directly and meet up at S. Stae water bus station.

Pro: apartamento bien situado, junto embarcadero de S. Stae (parada vaporetto), zona muy tranquila, muy limpio, , cómodo, muy bien equipado, a 5 minutos del puente Rialto. Emmanuele, el anfitrión muy atento, simpático y amable, nos recibió a nuestra llegada y nos proporcionó información de la ciudad.
