Pro: Spacious Quiet Easy and short walk from the vaporetto stop Canal view and internal garden - very beautiful and peaceful. Good quality bedding for once - some bnbs have cheap synthetic stuff, this one had proper cotton sheets and covers. When travelling a lot, it makes the difference!

Comfortable and well located

Pro: Was very comfortable and well located away on the other island and away from all the tourist. About 100m walk from the ferry stop making day trips very easy Home was well equipped and perfect for a couple with a or 2 small children

Contro: Wifi was substandard. I was getting 3MBPS which is bad. Made it hard to stay in contact with family and friends via video chat

Pro: Thank you so much to Leonardo for being a very friendly and communicative host. We loved the kitchen and living room area of the apartment as it had all the amenities one can need. We especially loved the how the windows overlooked the canal and how much light they brought in. The stay was comfortable and perfect for four people!!

Pro: I had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The waterbus stop was very close, which made getting around Venice easy and convenient. The host was friendly and helpful, making everything easier. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
