Pro: Appartamento nuovo, molto pulito e dotato di molti comfort. A pochi min da San Marco e dalla linea dei traghetti..lo staff è molto preparato e disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza..

Pro: We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this place to others. The host was superb—friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Communication was clear throughout, and getting into the flat was incredibly easy thanks to the precise and detailed instructions provided. The flat itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including plenty of crockery, cutlery, and towels, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was ideal for us—central enough that we rarely had to walk far, with a supermarket and several good restaurants conveniently close by.

Contro: One thing to note is that there are quite a lot of stairs, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. That said, this didn’t detract from our experience and the views you get for it being high are phenomenal and we’ve already recommended the flat to friends.

Pro: Beautiful flat in a perfect location, great value for money!

Contro: The bed linen could be improved, as a more detailed explanation for how to remove the rubbish and the exact days of its recycling. Only small stuff, we had a great time in the flat and absolutely would come back to it, highly recommended.

Convenient and Quiet. Shower Water Pressure is Low

Pro: The location is very convenient for visiting major attractions. It’s tucked away in a small alley, but there are plenty of shops just around the corner. Because it’s in the alley, the area is quiet, and you won’t hear many people passing by while you’re sleeping. As expected in Venice, it’s not very luggage-friendly. Since our place is on the third floor, we had to carry our luggage up quite a few stairs. Just be careful, as the stairs are a bit narrow and steep.

Contro: The shower water pressure is low. We initially thought it was because the dishwasher or washing machine was running, but the pressure remained low even when they were not in use.

Pro: Все было чисто и аккуратно,мы были вместе с ребенком (1,3 года) всё достаточно безопасно, была кроватка и стульчик. Все предметы первой необходимости в наличии и даже больше, чем нужно. Месторасположение прекрасное, все рядом. Вид со второго этажа очень романтичный. Мы остались под очень хорошим впечатлением! Спасибо за прекрасные воспоминания ❤️
