Appartamento suggestivo e silenzioso a due passi dalla stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia
Pro: Appartamento su due piani molto bello e suggestivo. Posizione ottima,a pochi passi dalla stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia, ma in un contesto molto tranquillo e davvero piacevole. L'appartamento ha tutti i servizi che servono e tante piccole cose che rendono il soggiorno piacevole. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile.
Contro: Il divano letto non è comodissimo. Quindi se si è in 2 persone l'appartamento è super fantastico, un po' meno se si è in 4 (ma solo per il divano letto, gli spazi nell'appartamento sono più che ampi ed è fantastico avere due bagni a disposizione).

Vacanza con la famiglia a Venezia
Pro: Casa vicina alla stazione, molto comoda per chi arriva con il treno. Casa su due livelli, cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario, 2 bagni ( uno a piano terra e uno al piano primo). Molto curata nei dettagli, ben arredata, ha anche un piccolo spazio esterno privato con tavolino e sedie.
Contro: Abbiamo avuto un po' di problemi con il funzionamento del riscaldamento e con l'acqua calda del bagno al piano primo. Il proprietario ha cercato da remoto di risolvere il problema

Pro: un bel appartamento a 10 minuti dalla stazione , comodissimo per lasciare le valigie e andare in centro. monolocale con soppalco arredato molto bene, con 2 bagni ideale dato che eravamo 2 coppie, pulito, semplicissimo ritirare le chiavi dopo le bellissime (con foto) e chiare istruzioni del sig Fabrice. gentilissimo anche a lasciarci un oretta in piu'! grazie !
Contro: i cuscini molto sottili!

Pro: Mostly everything. This duplex is actually amazing, has everything you need, super comfortable, cozy and 2 bathrooms. The location to main train station is great. Area nearby is very vibey and busy, but the apartment itself far enough to be quiet (about 5min walk from busy areas) while the main attractions eg Doge’s Palace, Grand Canal, St Mark’s Basilica are a pleasant stroll away. Would highly recommend.
Contro: It’s not a negative as I loved this place so much, but maybe some extra blankets? I was a little cold

Pro: The property is very well located and accessible, close to all the main attractions, and easy to reach from the main parking area. The owner was exceptionally friendly and attentive. When we accidentally locked ourselves out on the first morning, they responded immediately and resolved the key issue without any delay, which we greatly appreciated.
Contro: The apartment felt quite chilly during our stay. The heating is controlled automatically by the owner, and although we requested a higher temperature setting, this was unfortunately not adjusted. As a result, the apartment remained colder than comfortable for us. Additionally, the hot water supply in the upper-floor bathroom shower was inconsistent, the hot water would come and go, making it difficult to have a comfortable and uninterrupted shower.

Pro: Very nice, clean and comfortable appartmen with two bathrooms. Well situated, close to the station! Extremely good contact with landlord.

Perfect location for a home away from home in the centre of one of the most stunning cities in the world
Pro: Absolutely perfect location, far enough out to be away from the noise but close enough that within a few minutes you are in the centre of everything.
Contro: Could do with a few new mugs and glasses as a few had cracks which made them unusable. But other than that, there was nothing to fault!
