Pro: L’appartamento è bellissimo 🔝🔝🔝 una favola ! Non manca nulla : ogni bagno ha il suo phone . Arredatnento moderno ed originale . Peccato per i lavori per cui sono state chiuse le due finestre con affaccio sul canale : la terza era aperta 😍

Contro: La facciata esterna è l’entrata possono migliorare …

Oltre le aspettative

Pro: Ottimo appartamento, molto bello e spazioso, situato a pochi minuti dal ponte di Rialto e in una zona centrale con vicino tutte le comodità, negozi, ristoranti, sotto casa un bacaro e a pochi passi anche un piccolo supermercato. Nonostante la tanta gente che passa in quella zona e la chiesa vicina, nell'appartamento non si sente nulla è insonorizzato benissimo. Letti molto comodi, quello tondo è enorme. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente soffisfatti, ci siamo trovati benissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Contro: Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con la vasca idromassaggio, ci abbiamo messo un po' a riempirla, poi appena accesa ci siamo ritrovati nell'acqua dei \

Gorgeous property in the heart of the city - a real gem!

Pro: Gorgeous property in the heart of the city. It was lovely to look out do the window and watch the gondolas go passed! Facilities were excellent and the contact super. We had a small issue with leaking sink and this was rectified immediately!

We loved it, no hesitation returning

Pro: Property was in a great location, gelato store straight out front door, supermarket few extra steps, gondola rides also few steps, 10 minute walk from ferry’s from the train station. Easy access to main part of Venice and access to transport. Rooms were lovely, despite its close proximity to hustle and bustle, once windows and shutters closed, it was so quiet. Great airconditioning and other facilities. We enjoyed looking out the windows and watching the activities on the street. Possibly our bad but we did expect a washing machine, although it was present, it wasn’t working. There was a laundromat a few minutes away. Staff waited at the front door for us, tricky to find the first time as it blends into the other buildings with no distinguishing features, We loved our time here and would have no hesitation using again

Contro: Nothing to dislike about the property, just was expecting a washing machine which in other countries has been standard, the apartment is on 3rd floor and there’s no lift, quite common but worth noting

A very good choice for our group of six in central Venice

Pro: Perfect location in central Venice. Close to Ponte Vecchio, St Marks etc. Good value for money. Good sized rooms. Very helpful and well organised people who manage the apartment

Contro: We would lave liked a few more and better quality glasses and tea/coffee mugs

Awesome stay for a family of 6! Loads of space and bathrooms!

Pro: Fantastic location! Beds were extremely comfortable. We met Enrico on arrival and he was extremely helpful!

Perfect Location - Beautiful Apartment

Pro: - The location was fantastic, - The apartment was very comfy, clean and had A/C, - Our hosts - Lucrezia was a gem. He was very helpful when we arrived and provided all the information we required for our stay.

Contro: I didn’t like that I booked it thru booking.com. They are a terrible group to get any assistance thru. Find this property thru another source and definitely book it.
