Soggiorno perfetto lontano dalla confusione
Pro: Struttura pulitissima e in posizione stupenda. La casa si trova a pochi minuti dalla fermata del vaporetto in una stradina con affaccio sulla laguna. La zona è tranquillissima. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto quello che può servire, la chicca è sicuramente il balcone vista mare. L'host è superdisponibile e pronta a dare tanti consigli per trascorrere al meglio la vacanza. Non possiamo che raccomandarla e speriamo di tornare presto!

Tutto perfetto!
Pro: L'appartamento è davvero bello, spazioso e con tutti i comfort. Non manca davvero niente (c'è anche lo specchio intero!). Pulitissimo e curatissimo anche nei particolari con vista spettacolare a tutte le ore, sia con la nebbia che con il sole. Sembra di stare davvero a casa. Carlotta, la proprietaria, è stata gentilissima, ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per raggiungere al meglio l'appartamento e ci ha accolto all'ingresso nel migliore dei modi rendendosi sempre disponibile per qualsiasi info/problema. La posizione è ottima perchè tranquilla e silenziosa, al di fuori del caos del centro veneziano. C'è un supermercato molto vicino e la fermata del vaporetto a pochi minuti a piedi. Torneremo sicuramente se ci capiterà di soggiornare nuovamente a Venezia. Lo consiglio a tutti!

Relaxed vibe, amazing host, great value.
Pro: The most beautiful apartment, so big and spacious and the balcony was absolutely amazing. Good location for a somewhere out of the centre and a relaxed holiday. The host Carlotta is incredible and so helpful.

A romantic Venetian escape!
Pro: The pictures don’t do this place justice – it’s even more beautiful in person! The apartment is spacious, modern, and romantic, with a lovely balcony overlooking the lagoon. Everything was spotless, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Giudecca is quieter than the main island, which I loved – just 2–3 stops from St. Mark’s Square and less than a 10-minute ride on the vaporetto, with boats coming frequently. The host thought of every little detail (even makeup remover!) and made check-in incredibly easy. She was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. If you’re hesitating, don’t – I highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it!

The seaview balcony is a highlight—perfect for relaxing with breathtaking lagoon views. Attentive, friendly service made our stay even better from the first moment- even before. If you’re looking for serenity, style, and stunning views in Venice, this is the perfect place!

Perfect couples getaway to see beautiful Giudecca!
Pro: This is a true hidden gem! The location in Giudecca was away from the hustle and bustle of the mainland, yet so easy to reach everywhere via the local public boat transport. The apartment itself had a beautiful view of the lagoon. There was plenty of kitchen utensils for us to cook a meal and enjoy the apartment. It is just a short walk to the front of Giudecca where the restaurants and cafes are. Carlotta’s help prior to arrival via messages with directions, advice and recommendations of how/where to travel was extremely helpful! My birthday was very special with a bottle of Prosecco awaiting, from Carlotta. The cleaner was lovely and welcoming and the apartment was to a high standard.
