Pro: Mi è piaciuto tutto, appartamenti spaziosi, puliti, ottima posizione e lo staff molto disponibile. Per una comitiva come la nostra è stata un ottima scelta.

Pro: Posizione ottima, abbastanza silenzioso perchè si trova sopra ad un ristorante per cui al mattino iniziano presto. La sera invece è molto silenzioso

Contro: Le scale per accedere all'appartamento non sono molto comode in caso di problematiche perchè molto molto ripide.

Splendido appartamento a due passi da Rialto

Pro: Appartamento stupendo e ben curato, ma soprattutto pulitissimo. Accessibilità smart e ottima comunicazione con i proprietari.

Contro: Assolutamente nulla.

We loved staying here and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Pro: The apartment was clean, well laid out and spacious. Very comfortable for our family of four. The location was also ideal. Close to everything but in a quieter street. Federica was a fabulous host and left really helpful information about how to get around, where to eat to avoid tourist traps and other helpful tips.

Contro: There are a lot of stairs if you have lots of big suitcases, but we knew that when we booked and it didn’t detract from the overall experience.

Pro: The variety of places to purchase a quality coffee and breakfast

Perfect stay for families in Venice!

Pro: Very clean apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location is just a minute walk from Rialto bridge and also so easy to get to from Rialto Mercato stop. Just a couple of minutes walk with no bridges! Host was fabulous to communicate with and provided recommendations for dinner in information booklet. AC was fabulous. Thank you!

Contro: Shower was difficult to work out how to use but we got there eventually. Maybe some instructions may be useful for OS guests. Otherwise everything was perfect and we would stay here again when visiting Venice.

Clean Apartment in a fantastic location for exploring Venice

Pro: Perfect location right next to Rialto Bridge and in the heart of Venice but tucked up a side street so nice and quiet for sleeping. Clean and well equipped .Great bathroom Hosts were easy to contact and very accommodating.

Contro: Quite steep stairs up to apartment but I guess that's Venice 😀.If you have any mobility issues they could be a bit tricky. 'Boys' age 20 and 18 said the beds in second bedroom were too small maybe they are too tall.

Pro: Fantastic apartment in a great location right near the Rialto Bridge. Very easy to access via water taxi, vaporetto and train. Great central spot for exploring.

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location to explore Venice.

Pro: Fantastic location. The apartment was very comfortable with a large, new bathroom.

Contro: The main bed is in the living room so there is no separate living space. Not a big deal for us as we were on holiday so didn’t spend much time inside the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped except it was missing sugar for coffee. We also needed to buy our own toilet paper because only 1 roll was provided. The check in process was a bit time consuming, having to upload passports for all guests including children, however the owner was very pleasant to talk to over email/whatsapp.

Pro: Location is just brilliant!Near to Realto bridge and near diff. restaurants and bars. Apartments are clean and have everyone you need for stay. Owner provided all info how to get in appartment.
