E sei nella città più bella del mondo...
Pro: Posizione fantastica, a 2 minuti dal ponte dei Sospiri e Piazza San Marco e 5 dall'Armeria. Arredata in modo essenziale e con gusto, sembra anche ristrutturata da pochissimo, ogni cosa è funzionale, anche il bagno è confortevole! C'è tutto ciò che serve, anche la lavatrice e... l'ombrello (!) Sembra di vivere come un vero veneziano! Encomiabile il livello di pulizia, davvero splendente. Il pavimento è originale, forse degli anni 50. A Venezia è difficile trovare location rumorose, questa è davvero nel silenzio tombale, nonostante siano presenti delle attività (è quindi comodissimo anche per i servizi essenziali, farmacia, market, etc). Tutto avviene nel massimo rispetto! La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata veloce ed efficace.
Contro: Ma che bisogna dire? Se devo trovare qualcosa...mmm...niente. Ci penso un po'...Niente. tutto super.

Good Stay.
Pro: 1- Location: apartment is close to the city center,main attractions and S zacharia water bus station. 2- The apartment was clean. 3- Several restaurants and cafes around. 4- Beds were comfy. 5- Easy instructions to check in.
Contro: 1- Check in and out times were very strict. - Check in is at 15 pm, there was no possibility to check in earlier (the check in instructions were provided 15 min before 15) which I can understand given it is summer or leave the bags. The owner provided a website for storage locations which you pay for. - Same applies to check out which was at 11 am. The cleaner opened the door at 11:15. 2- There are few narrow stairs to the apartment so if you are carrying travelling bags, it will be tough. 3- The apartment is on the first floor so if you are a light sleeper, the street noise will wake you up. 4- Pillows were very soft and no extra pillows were available. In one of the bedrooms, there were no pillows, just sofa cushions which were too high to use. 5- The bathroom did not have shower gels or anything apart from hand soap.

Pro: The location was great. 10 minutes walk to San Marco. Good amenities near by. Spacious. Everything worked well. Excellent communication on how to find the appartment.
Contro: The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Pro: The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished. It is centrally located, but you hear almost nothing in the room. Therefore, you can sleep very well. The beds are also very comfortable. We are very happy with the stay and can highly recommend the apartment. Thank you.

Pro: The location was great. It was centrally located and in a walking distance from the main attractions. It was in a nice neighborhood and steps from shops and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Just be prepared to climb a flight of stairs as it's on the second floor.

Pro: L'emplacement au centre de tout, bien aménagé, spacieux et très facilement accessible lorsque l'on arrive par la mer. Pas besoin de marcher des heures avec sa valise...
Contro: J'aime le bruit des vacances pour m'endormir. Cependant, il eut été nécessaire d'informer les voyageurs que les chambres du logement donnaient directement sur une rue très fréquentée et notamment, au-dessus des restaurants. En mai, pas besoin d'ouvrir les fenêtres et cela nous a agréé mais...il ne me semble pas normal de ne pas le notifier dans l'annonce de manière à ce que les clients puissent prendre leur décision en pleine conscience. En effet,, en été, sans clim, cela peut s'avérer compliqué pour certains.

Appartement bien équipé idéalement situé
Pro: Appartement idéalement situé. Une belle grande chambre et deux plus petites, cuisine bien équipé pratique. Nous avons trouvé très facilement ! Excellent accueil de l’hôte !
