Casa molto graziosa e in ottime posizione. Da rivedere gestione Clima
Pro: Posizione ottima a 2 minuti dalla fermata Arsemale e a 10 min a piedi da piazza San Marco. Casa accogliente e con tutti i servizi necessari Casa silenziosa che si affaccia su un grazioso giardino interno e su strada
Contro: La casa era fredda al nostro arrivo poiché è stato lasciato il riscaldamento spento (16 gradi). È stato necessario impostare la centralina per accenderlo con una perdita di tempo che un utente non vorrebbe avere. Inoltro l'impostazione non era delle più immediate. Ci è voluta una giornata prima che la temperatura in casa fosse gradevole. Andrebbe programmata la centralina per un'accensione anticipata rispetto all'arrivo del cliente per creare un clima gradevole e evitare che sia l'ospite ad occuparsene

Pro: La posizione è davvero eccellente. L'affaccio della cucina su un giardino è incantevole e nel complesso l'alloggio è silenzioso. Inoltre è poco distante dalla fermata del vaporetto e vicinissimo alla Biennale
Contro: Le serrature che necessitano di una revisione/manutenzione.

Pro: Convenient location especially for vaporetti and boat to airport; comfortable beds and decent shower which are the most important things!
Contro: We did not meet the owner although all queries were answered quickly and efficiently.

Great location
Pro: Such a beautiful, clean, and well-equipped 2nd floor apartment with confortable beds and garden and street views. Great location in a quiet street and very close to Arsenale vaporetto station. A small shop for essentials is nearby, and the magnificent waterfront walk to the tourist destinations around San Marco is unforgettable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Super convenient for the biennale, really easy to find from Arsenale vapouretto stop, clean, uncluttered and perfect for
Pro: Really easy to find, very clean, air con worked, simple decor - everything we needed.
Contro: Needed to press release button to get out of apartment- fine once you knew.

Pro: Das Appartement liegt extrem gut, man kann vom Flughafen per Boot (Linie Alilaguna) kommend, bei der Station Arsenale aussteigen und hat von dort ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Auf der einen Seite ist man in gut 15 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum der Touristik in Venedig (Markusplatz), auf der anderen Seite gibt es schöne Parks und Grünflächen und in 5 Miinuten erreichbar liegt eine \
Contro: Die Stiegen zum Appartement sind für ältere oder gehbehinderte Personen nicht unbedingt geeignet. Kleinigkeiten gibt es die minimal zu bemängeln sind, darunter fällt die wackelige WC-Brille, der in alle Richtungen spritzende Duschkopf, oder schief hängende Türen in der Küche. Das sind aber wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten für mich, die mich nicht davon abhalten würden, wieder einmal dort zu buchen.
