Ottimo

Pro: Posto molto carino e comodo, vicino al centro. In pochi minuti di camminata si raggiungono perfettamente i luoghi più interessanti e le stazioni da cui partono i traghetti. L'alloggio è pulito e ben attrezzato, lo staff é sempre disponibile e la possibilità del check in autonomia è ottima e ben organizzata. Lo consiglio sicuramente

Pro: Sicuramente la posizione ottima, in un quartiere tranquillo a due passi dal ponte di Rialto, piazza san marco, fondamente nove (importante per gli spostamenti per l'aeroporto e visitare le isole) Grande il personale dello staff che ci ha seguito dal primo all' ultimo giorno

Contro: Un po' di polvere in giro per casa visto che mio figlio è allergico alla polvere

Pro: Casa mto carina, nuova e posizione ottima. Comodo self check in e out è staff disponibile sugli orari. Punto forte rapporto qualità / prezzo

Pro: Excellent location within a short walking distance from all Venice! The Rialto bridge was just 6 minutes away. There were nice restaurants, cafes and a supermarket close to the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and the bed comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Leonardo was very polite and always available to reply to any questions, making our stay and check-in procedure very convenient.

Contro: The only thing that I would suggest would be to add some kind of blinds or a heavier curtain on the window at the ground floor overlooking the street so that lights could be turned on at night while maintaining privacy. A small shelf inside the shower would be very convenient too for placing a shampoo, a sponge or anything else while showering. But the above didn’t disturb our stay there. We had five wonderful days in Venice while in Casa Romana! Thank you Leonardo!

Pro: It is better in real, than photos! Perfectly located, close to main attractions, yet in relatively quiet area. It’s a separate HOUSE of two floors, bed is comfy to sleep upstairs, kitchen downstairs is well equipped. Overall size of the living is very efficiently used.

Contro: Bathroom and toilet separated from the bedroom through staircase, which you don’t want to test in a middle of the night if you are sleepwalker. Electric kettle could be a nice addition.

A pleasant stay in beautiful Venice.

Pro: Accommodation close to the centre. Interesting little street well hidden from the noise of the main street. The apartment is well equipped. Owner communicates with you even during your stay to make sure everything is ok. I recommend for a stay in Venice

Will remain my favourite place to stay in Venice

Pro: Everything. The location is perfect. 5 minutes to Rialto bridge, close to many restaurants and still totally quiet in a narrow dead end road with virtually no tourists passing by. You can leave the windows open during night without beeing disturbed at all. A nice small and charming house with kitchen, sofa and bathroom on the lower floor and the bedroom upstairs. It offers a lot of privacy. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Basic stuff like sugar etc. was there as well, but a supermarket is only 5 minutes away, very convenient. The nearest boat station is only served by the number 1 boat line, which is very slow because it stopps at every station. However, the station Rialto is only a few meters further away and serves many lines. Just keep this in mind.

Brilliant place!

Pro: Great room, nice lovely space with all the amenities one can ask. Location is fantastic and the host was brilliant sending us loads of information prior to our arrival and communicating promptly when requested. Brilliant place to stay!

Pro: It was located in the centre. All places were in commutable distance. The room was neat and clean. The staff were very excellent and really helpful. You can reach them anytime, and they will guide you.

Contro: I liked everything

Pro: The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It was easy to find the place as the owner sent very detailed information, on how to reach it. The owner also provided with additional recommendations, what to visit, where to eat and so on.
