Pro: Appartamento pulito e spazioso dotato di ogni comfort in zona strategica , tranquilla e molto bella , con vista sul canale. Ideale per coppie ma anche famiglia con figlio .le stanze sono spaziose e luminose, il bagno ha vasca , una doccia e bidet , molto gradito anche il disimpegno-salottino con TV e divani. Cucina con mobili ed elettrodomestici nuovi compresa lavatrice e lavastoviglie

Had a great time in Venice, the apartment was lovely and in a great location, would recommend.

Pro: Really liked the property, very spacious and clean, had all facilities we needed for a comfortable stay and in a great location.

Contro: Was a shame there was some building work going on right outside of the property, although we know that is beyond the owners control and didn’t affect us too much other than some early morning noise and we didn’t get the beautiful view we were looking forward to.

Delightful flat in charming location

Pro: Wonderful location... close to main tourist areas while being just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Loads of charming squares and restaurants nearby.

Please improve your apartment

Pro: Spacious apartment, great location, quiet and not busy zone but still nice short walk to city centre. Host was punctual and I appreciated it.

Contro: The apartment could have been cleaner. As a house rule, you have to collect your waste before check out but they didn't provide extra waste bags. Not acceptable for me in my opinion. Even the bathroom's tap was very dirty..you can see the photo uploaded. Received 3x35 ml shower gel for 4 nights 3 people and some shampoo which was bought and used probably by the previous guests. These details show a lack of respect for tourists' money!

Pro: the location was perfect. hidden away from the mega busy areas but still only a 10 minute walk to the main attractions. the space exceeded expectations, i was expecting a dingy flat but it was huge with loads of space. bedrooms didnt back on to eachother which was a bonus. theres a beautiful cat that lives next door. there is a pigeon that lives in the bathroom, i think it is nesting ??? i tried to feed / water it which it was less than appreciative of and didnt seem like the most friendly pigeon i've met.

Contro: getting the keys was a faff. initially there was a video sent with instructions and then the keys were left with a restaurant near by, when we went to collect the keys the restaurant knew nothing about it and it took a while to get through to someone who knew how to get the keys or where they were. there was only 3 toilet rolls for 4 of us for 4 nights which i thought was a bit stingy. we had to go out and buy some more.

Pro: Friendly host, keys delivered as scheduled. Apartment big with two rooms, kitchen fully equipped, big bathroom and very clean. Supermarket and restaurant nearby. View to the canal from room. Apartment located in a calm area and no noise at all from outside. Train station at 20 min walking distance (or take the waterbus line 5.2 and get off at Fondamente Nove and 3 min walking to the apartment) and St Marks Square at 10 min walking. Great location!

Pro: Location is excellent. The place is quite roomy with high ceilings. The kitchen is stocked with everything. Safe location. Big bathroom with a great bathtub.

Contro: The host communicated check-in instructions at the very last moment, when we had already arrived in Venice. I paid for the luggage storage, which I didn't use. Fixing is required for a partially clogged sink, shower handle, paper stand, and shower shelf. It would be nice to add a hanger for the wet clothes and a mirror in the entrance hall.

Pro: Muy buen alojamiento! Las recomendación de restaurantes por zonas de la ciudad nos parecieron muy buenas y fue de gran ayuda!

Contro: El aire acondicionado no se sabe bien cómo manejarlo y pasamos una noche con mucho calor

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Venise

Pro: L'appartement est climatisé, spacieux, bien équipé, environnement calme et surtout bien situé

Contro: Un torchon et des plats allant au four seraient nécessaires ainsi qu'un meuble ou étagère pour déposer les nécessaires de toilette.

Pro: La ubicacion la limpie,a y lo amplio y comodo del apartamento. Fueron muy puntuales con el check in y todo estaba perfecto ideal para estar varios dias en Venecia

Contro: Nada todo fue muy bueno ...
