Quiet and spacious

Pro: Very easy to reach the airport by ferry. Short walk to the cannaregio main area of bars and restaurants. Very residential and quiet. Spacious. Couch uncomfortable to sit on (it’s a sofa bed) and no tv. Good air con in bedrooms. It’s on the second floor, no lift.

Contro: Having to take rubbish across the bridge before leaving - this is how it is in Venice. With our arrival and departure time we had to wait around with our luggage before check in and check out which wasn’t ideal. Not the apartment’s fault just wasn’t a great travel experience in 34 degree heat

Great way to stay in venice in super residential.location.

Pro: The apartment is readily acessed via blue water bus route from the airport . The hosts communicated very clearly and responded quickly to any questions I had . Its in a residential area close to a canal with bars,restaurants, and supermarkets all within easy reach but away from the dense crowds . Very easy access to whole of venice via foot or waterbus, but note this is not a place for anyone with mobility issues and stairs are everywhere ! For those who are able our fitness levels increased during the week despite lots of scrumpy food and aperol spritz .

Contro: Some of the lighting needs attention...host was aware .

Pro: The person who came was so patient and ready to answer all the questions plus he gave us a lot of extra info

We really appreciated this stay, would definitely come back again.

Pro: Very nicely decorated, the two bathrooms were very well done, and the location was fantastic. Also, both the host and the local partner that handled the keys gave us amazing recommendations that really helped our stay.

Contro: One of the two beds was a bit soft, and the AC was a bit noisy.

Pro: Very quiet neighbourhood near the waterbus stop from the airport. Modern furnishing & hard floors - great to have 2 bathrooms.

A very nice apt. with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I recommend it.

Pro: Nicely renovated apartment overlooking a little canal.

Contro: It is 2nd floor with no elevator (I know it is common in historic cities but it should have been mentioned. The building was under some renovation.

Very charming and comfortable stay

Pro: Attractive and nicely remodeled, good size rooms, comfortable, quiet, nice views, good internet, washer, Nespresso machine, kettle, close to some good restaurants and sights, good public water taxi access, host very helpful to arrange private water taxi from apartment to train station (recommend both ways)

Contro: No lift, could use more storage in bedrooms and bathrooms, a toaster oven might be nice, trash sorting was a bit confusing (for people unfamiliar with system), finding apartment with a lot of luggage and getting keys was a bit difficult and would have preferred to meet someone near public water taxi stop to take us to apartment

Good apartment in a great location.

Pro: The apartment was located in the Cannaregio neighborhood away from the crowds of San Marcos Square. There are a couple of bars and at least three good restaurants within a few minutes walk. The apartment was very clean and offered enough kitchen facilities if you want to eat-in a few nights like we did. The host, Andrea, was easy to get a hold of and very responsive.

Contro: A building right next to the apartment was undergoing a total renovation, so if you’re thinking of renting this apartment find out about this or other nearby construction. As a number of previous reviews pointed out, the beds are not that comfortable; the bathrooms do not provide any hooks to hang towels, clothes, etc.; no garbage cans In the bathrooms; and hardly any storage in them either. In addition, each bedroom has an open clothes hanger/storage rack for storing clothes. The racks connect to the frame by plastic pins, which are not strong apparently. The ones in the main bedroom were broken (unbeknown to us) causing them to collapse twice. Not fun. Also remember that the sofa is a sleeper, so it’s not the most comfortable thing you’ll ever sit on.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in bester Lage zum Wohnen.

Pro: Die Lage war perfekt, ruhig und dennoch fast mitten im Zentrum.

Contro: Die Lampe in der Küche war defekt. Es gab ein Bügeleisen, aber kein Bügelbrett. Das Kabel war zu kurz, um auf einer anderen Unterlage zu bügeln. Zu wenig Ablagefläche in den Bädern. Zudem keine Abfalleimer in den Bädern. Für den Preis hätte die Ausstattung besser sein müssen. In anderen Unterkünften ist es nicht üblich, den Müll selbst in einem sehr kurzen Zeitraum am frühen Morgen entsorgen zu müssen.

Lovely

Pro: The property was lovely and well-appointed. We had a very comfortable stay.

Contro: It was a bit far from the centre which is not a complete disadvantage but during hot weather was a bit challenging.
