Pro: L'appartamento spazioso con l'arredamento bello e pensato. La posizione nel quartiere tranquillo, a due passi dal lungomare.

Pro: La posizione è ottima, soprattutto perché si trova a due passi dall'arrivo della maratona. Si trova in una posizione tranquilla, vicinissimo al centro. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Venezia, cercherò di prenotare a Cá di Giulia

Ottima scelta per la Biennale e non solo.

Pro: La casa è grande, ariosa e arredata bene. Host molto disponibile, ha risposto rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e abbiamo sinceramente apprezzato che abbia messo a disposizione giochi per bambini, prodotti da bagno e in cucina the, tisane, zucchero, caffè ecc. La zona Arsenale - Sant'Elena è perfetta se si vuole stare in un posto tranquillo e verde. A noi è piaciuta molto.

Contro: Alcune pentole in cucina potrebbero essere cambiate

Pro: L’appartamento è sicuramente uno dei migliori che abbiamo trovato in tanti anni di frequentazione della città lagunare. Spaziosissimo e molto luminoso, arredato con i mobili dell’epoca che rendono l'ambiente caldo e familiare. Pur se posto al secondo piano, senza ascensore, la scala è ampia e comoda. Gli unici altri due inquilini sono stati silenziosissimi.

Pro: Bell'appartamento in zona tranquilla di Venezia a due passi dalla Biennale. Fermata del vaporetto molto vicino, come pure alimentari e ristoranti. Proprietaria molto cordiale e disponibile.

Pro: Great quiet location, <30 min walk to San Marco, <5 min walk to the waterbus. Very good value for an apartnent in Venice.

Pro: Spacious, stylish and very well equipped apartment in a calm area of Venice, close to Giardini and on 3 minutes from the vaporetto stop. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the comfort. The host, Foscarina, was very helpful and reacted quickly. Nearby I could recommend Osteria da Pampo (but reservation is needed at least the previous day) and well as Vincent bar for a drink and a nice view.

Going back to Venice I would consider renting this apartament again.

Pro: Great green, peaceful location with lovely bistro, farmacy, small grocery shop nearby. The apartament seemed bigger and much brighter than in the pictures. If you forgot something you need on the daily bases (kitchen or bathroom- wise), the owner got you covered :) Going back to Venice I would consider renting this apartament again.

Pro: Great location: very close to the water buss and even within walking distance from piazza S. Marco, extremely clean apartment with all facilities incl. a washing machine, bath robes and slippers were provided incl. a small bag with soap, body lotion etc.: a nice personal touch that felt really welcoming upon arrival, quiet and cosy neighbourhood, restaurants nearby, park nearby.

Contro: We would have liked larger towels. But this is really a minor problem. The sofa bed matrass was a bit too soft to our taste. The other double bed was excellent.

Cozy apartment with its unforgettable Italian atmosphere

Pro: For a family of three or four people, this is a wonderful apartment, spacious, cozy, comfortable, quiet. You will feel the spirit of Italy and Venice thanks to a variety of different decor elements and paintings. A comfortable kitchen with everything you need, as well as tea, sugar, salt, coffee, cocoa, bath accessories, clean linen. The apartment was very clean, quiet, thanks to the curtains it was dark at night. A bed with a harder mattress, but it suits us. Sofa more gentle. In the living room there is a stone table, a beautiful chandelier, a sconce, I assume that it is made of Murano glass. There are pictures of Venice everywhere.The apartment is located next to the ferry pier, in a park area. Nearby there is a pizzeria and a cafe with seafood and pasta. Perfect for families with children, as there is a playground nearby. There are also a couple of small grocery stores in the neighborhood. Peace and quiet. Thanks! Next time again to you!
