Pro: La posizione è davvero ottima. La stazione di Venezia S. Lucia dista soltanto 10 minuti. Struttura completa di tutti i servizi e molto spaziosa per una coppia. Proprietari molto disponibili!

Contro: Le zanzare sono molte, ma questo non è colpa dei proprietari.

Un bel weekend a Venezia

Pro: Struttura molto spaziosa, vicina alla stazione ferroviaria, proprietari molto gentili.

Perfect place

Pro: The location was perfect for all attractions. We had the whole apartment to ourselves. Kitchen facilities, separate bedroom and lounge area. Very spacious apartment. The washing machine was a bonus also. If in Venice again, we'd definitely stay here again.

Fantastic price/quality ratio in some outdated Venetian apt.

Pro: Listen, for the price/quality ratio - this is a winner. Everything works although is old and faulty at times (old bathtub, kind of slippery, A/C is set on one mode, you can either turn it off or have it that way, not every cabinet in the kitchen works, etc.), but again - given it's Venice and you're getting huge, spacious place for that price - one cannot complain! And also nothing in the inconveniences is a deal breaker - they're just annoying. Plus a host accomodated me almost an hour ealier that I stated about my arrival (I arrived much earlier). Host is very responsive.

Contro: A/C - was set to one mode, one couldn't operate it, owners explained that remote control is broken. The cabinet where there's dishers dryer falls unsupported, which makes washing dishes extremely hard. The bathtub is ole and slippery.

Despite the bedding and toilet roll, id recommend this spacious apartment quite in great location

Contro: Bedding for sofa bed musty. Only small amount of toilet roll with no spare

Pro: Great location, not far from the railway station, a quieter canal (but with fab restaurants) and the lagoon. The apartment was very spacious, quiet and clean. Our host was friendly & very polite. We'd love to return next time we visit Venice.

Pro: Great location to explore the Beautiful city. Very comfortable with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Spotless clean.Plenty of good restaurants nearby to eat and enjoy some refreshments.

Contro: Nothing negative

Pro: Nice, quiet location. All the amenities and appliances were present, sometimes even blown my mind how many there were of various kinds. There was also a kind of breakfast pack prepared for us, very nice thought. Great price/value ratio, basically a whole apartment for us. Nice cozy terrace to have a breakfast in the morning.

Contro: Apartment could use some renovations, feels like I was staying at my grandma 😁 Especially the bathroom. A bit of moldy smell through the whole apartment. Mosquitos were unfortunately everywhere and were disturbing our sleep. We wished there was a mosquito net in window in the bedroom, so we could open it during the night. Or in the afternoon, maybe it would help with the moldy smell mentioned above 😊

Pro: La atención por parte de Camila. La ubicación es perfecta apenas a 25 min. de todo. Tuvimos un problemilla al salir, y estuvo atenta en todo momento, y gracias al señor que nos abrió de nuevo a pesar de la hora que era.
