Pro: Il gestore molto gentile e super disponibile, abbiamo ritardato ed ha avuto la pazienza di aspettarci. La camera è in un appartamento con altre 2 camere, bagno e cucina salotto, tutto il necessario, latto comodo buon materasso nuovo! Aria condizionata e riscaldamento funzionano benissimo! Io e la mia amica abbiamo fatto due notti, zona molto silenziosa a pochi minuti dalla stazione treni di Mestre, comodissimo per imitare Venezia.
Contro: Nulla! Da sapere: Mestre è una città poco sicura la notte tardi tipo dopo le 10pm, ma la struttura è a pochi minuti dalla stazione e il weekend ci sono molti turisti, noi due ragazze non abbiamo avuto problemi

Pro: Good location, close to the train station. We had some issues with Wi-Fi, but Alam, the administrator, quickly resolved them; he was always available. The staff is great, thanks to Alam. We are very happy, thank you very much.

Pro: Fantastic stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with a microwave for convenience. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location is perfect—very close to the station. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay again!

Contro: Rodzinka 3 dorosłych i 2 dzieci ok 5lat która zajmowała łazienkę i kuchnie przez godzinę i robiła hałas na pół chaty od 6 rano. Takie lokale do spania to nie miejsca dla rodzinek z dzieciakami. Po prostu. Pan który męczył mnie wiadomościami na whatsapp - napisał że mam dać znać 15 min przed checkin, napisałam ok pisząc że będzie to pomiędzy 17-21, napisał że ok po czym o 19 napisał że mam dać znać 15 min przed - o czym już wiedziałam więc po co mi męczyć bułę ? Za chwilę zapytał ile to zajmie. No jaja. Pierwszy raz spotyka mnie żeby ktoś tyle razy pytał o której będziemy. A po check out napisał mi wiadomość że mam dać 10/10 lokalowi i personelowi 😆😆😆 bo przecież nie jest to moja własna decyzja 😆😆😆 pan oczywiście nielokalny a z tych trzecich stron świata… Po 22 check in €10 dodatkowo
