B&B Santo Stefano - Venezia

Perfetto mi manchi a prestooo

Pro: la posizione perfetta, la pulizia, ha tutto cucina doccia confort é straordinaria… sono tornato poche ore fa e gia mi manca ve la consiglio e in piú il proprietario é bravissimo, gentilissimo e disponibilissimo.

Contro: niente é andato tutto nel verso giustl

Il nostro soggiorno è stato incantevole; ogni angolo della città di Venezia offre sensazioni uniche.

Pro: La posizione è eccezionale: centralissima per tutto! La colazione offerta, anch'essa eccezionale, disponeva di tantissimi prodotti e superlativa è stata la disponibilità degli hosts, che si sono mostrati accoglienti, attenti nei nostri confronti e del nostro soggiorno dall'inizio alla fine. Ho già consigliato vivamente il B&B Santo Stefano a parenti ed amici.

Pro: Very good host. Gave us a lot of information about the area en sightseeings. The host picked us up at the water taxi so we were quick at the appartement cause it was already night. The room was big an had a nice small kitchen were there was a lot of food for breakfast. The location was great and close to the san marco square.

Perfect location & Perfect host

Pro: The location was perfect: despite being close to everything - literally - it was very quiet. The room was simple but big and quite luminous as it is in a high floor and has two windows. It had everything one could possibly need: plenty of closet space, a small but functional and fully equipped kitchen, a proper dining table and chairs and even a washing machine). The shower is small and might be a squeeze for big fellas but is otherwise fine. The bathroom itself was damp most of the time but that is to be expected in Venice. The host was probably the most helpful and likeable guy you will ever meet. He greeted us at the vaporetto station despite our late arrival, gave us practical advice, volunteered information which proved very valuable and even received us in his apartment which was adjacent to the room.

Contro: The only reason why our fantastic host Giorgio is not getting a straight 10 is the price. At about 170 Euro per night (roughly the price of a 4 star hotel in New York at the same season), one expects accommodation to be slightly more upscale (not luxurious, but more upscale).

Perfect place to stay in Venice

Pro: This was such a great place to stay! There was a lovely, very generous breakfast provided, the room was a good size and spotlessly clean, and the location was perfect! Only ten minutes to st Mark’s, but also very close to the water bus stop, making it easy to travel around Venice. The best part however was our gracious host Giorgio, who went above and beyond. He was very communicative and helpful, even sitting down with us and giving us a map of the city and restaurant recommendations (which were very good). I couldn’t recommend enough!

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: Excellent, comfortable and clean apartment. The host is tremendous and extremely helpful. The main Venice sights are 15 min walk. Perfect place to stay when planning to get lost in Venice.

Incredible value for money and amazing host

Pro: Giorgio Was an amazing host. He gave us a list of amazing local recommendations in Italy. We were on a trip where we stayed in multiple cities in Italy and booked similar priced accommodation throughout. This room was by far the best. We had issues in this price range in Verona, Milan and Genoa (loud aircon, difficult hosts, unclear check in, no blinds etc) but not in this room in Venice. Amazing location. Amazing host. Amazing room. It is hard in Venice to book nice accommodation in this price range and this room will not disappoint.

Pro: Wonderful stay in Venice Sensational host who took care of everything . We were in touch from the moment we booked the room. Breakfast was provided daily, plenty of choice of food and drinks - cold cuts, cheeses, yogurts, bread, biscuits. Excellent central location to all major attractions, vaporetto stops. Easy access from the airport by water bus - directions from hosts were excellent( maps and photos ). I hope I will still be able to live here and enjoy Giorgio's hospitality . B and B

Pro: Everything was great. From our host who is a very friendly and kind person and from the first moment made us feel at home and did his best to inform us about Venice. Also the room which was very clean, comfortable and with a full extra breakfast right next to the beautiful Piazza San Stefano and very close to Piazza San Marco (10 minutes) and next to the Accademia water bus stop (5 minutes ). I highly recommend it.
