Perfect location and spacious room in the heart of Venice.

Pro: Great location, very spacious room, authentic Venetian building and decoration, quiet and clean place. As a bonus, you get some very wise advices from the owner to plan you visit.

Pro: Great location if you wish to explore the city centre (everything is close yet it is very quiet in the night), very lovely and friendly hosts, who share a lot of tips and try to help you with everything you need, room and bathroom were very clean (you get towels, shampoo and a basic hairdryer)

Contro: Breakfast is prepared by the hosts at 8:30 exactly (you can choose what you would like to eat and drink - pastry, yogurt, fruit, coffee etc), which was fine with us but it might be uncomfortable for someone who gets up later

Excellent, the stay was made even better by the fantastic hosts.

Pro: Riccardo and Grace are excellent hosts and give superb advice for you to visit Venice and the surrounding islands. My room was large, comfortable and very quite. You are a 2 minute walk to St Marks square and only 8 mins away from the Rialto bridge. An excellent base to visit the attraction of Venice.

Fantastic.

Pro: A truly Venetian apartment. The location was great and the overall experience with the host was fantastic!

Contro: The a/c was too loud couldn't keep it on at night.

Прекрасный дворец с потрясающими хозяевами

Pro: Создаются ощущение, что ты живешь в собственном палаццо. Огромный потолок, множество старых очень красивых вещей. Можно часами рассматривать разные предметы, получая истинное удовольствие. Отличное расположение, до площади Сан-Марко идти всего несколько минут.
