Casa Mirella

Pro: Tutto perfetto, la casa rispecchia le immagini e la descrizione, praticamente è nuova, in posizione centrale al paese, ma di una calma incredibile. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha messo a disposizione le biciclette e ci ha dato delle dritte. Girare per Cà Savio e la laguna è stato bellissimo, anche in spiaggia poca gente tanta tranquillità. Ci torneremo.

Pro: The apartment is very spacious and beautifully furnished. Everything was great and we were really satisfied with our stay. Many thanks to the owner and her daughter for their kind help. We would definitely love to come back someday.

Lovely place. You could also park the car in the driveway with secure doors. 5 minutes drive to Punta sabbione to catch

Lovely experience, very good accommodation

Pro: The rooms were very clean and tidy. The place was spacious, the kitchen was perfect (everything was available for daily, regular use). Everything was like shown & described at Booking. Modern rooms with fine details welcome you. Car parking was not an issue at all. The host lady was also lovely. Perfect vacation time for us.

Contro: The exact location of the apartment is in the residential area, so there are not much options around for a restaurant or cafe nearby. Would be perfect if there was, but if you have a car, all restaurants and cafes are some minutes away from the place - so, no big issue.

Pro: I had a wonderful experience at this place and would rate it 10 out of 10. The owner, Lady, provided exceptional hospitality and the location was perfect. The facilities were fully equipped, including a well-stocked kitchen and a washing machine. The apartment's heating system worked flawlessly, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Additionally, the view and the garden outside were delightful. I would definitely choose this place again if given the opportunity. We felt very secure during our stay as the neighborhood was safe and we were able to park our car outside without any concerns. In fact, Lady kindly offered us the option to park our car in the garage for added peace of mind. The location exceeded our expectations as it was even better than what the photos and booking description portrayed.

Pro: We had a lovely stay at Casa Mirella. The house is located in a quiet residential area in the small village of Ca’savio, away from the touristic buzz of the centre of Cavallino. There are some lovely restaurants with Venetian cuisine around, as well as a pharmacy and a small shop, and the port of Treporti (boats to Burano, Murano and Venice) is nearby. The house itself has been recently renovated and everything inside is brand new and very clean. The lovely terrace outside is perfect for a late evening drink or the morning coffee (although make sure to pack some anti-mosquito spray!). The beach is a bit far to walk to (about 20 – 30 minutes), but it is easy to drive around and there is a parking right next to the sea. All in all, an enjoyable stay and we may return next year!

Pro: Perfekt ausgestattete, moderne Wohnung. Ruhige Lage in einem Kleinen Ort. Günstig gelegen zum Fähranleger, dem Strand und den Fahrradwegen in der Lagune. Tolle kostenlose Leihräder.

Contro: Alles war gut

Pro: Everything was beautiful. The house is very clean and the host is very nice. There is also a table outdoors where we enjoyed several meals. I highly recommend.

Contro: Nothing I did not like.

Pro: Da es eine Ferienwohnung war gingen wir immer in die BAR am Dorfplatz und dies war ITALIEN pur :) Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und wir bekamen noch Ihre Fahrräder kostenlos geliehen . Dies war die perfekte Möglichkeit alles zu erreichen.
