Pro: posizione comodossima, una parte di venezia meravigliosa, vaporetti a 100 m da casa a 4 fermate da san marco, casa con ogni comfort, gestori gentilissimi.

Contro: I letti eccessivamente rigidi.

Pro: Wonderful fully-equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden. Very friendly reception by owner when we arrived, who picked us up from the Vaporetto boat-stop, and showing us around the apartment. Dog-friendly place. Conveniently located ... 10 minutes by boat to go to city center and 10 minutes by boat to the Lido beach to let the dogs run (in winter time).

Amazing apartment, beautiful garden, fantastic hosts

Pro: The property is really nice, great for a group with a beautiful private garden perfect for people not looking to eat out often. The owners were incredibly kind, helpful, responsive and very hospitable. Any problems were immediately remedied.

Contro: It was a rainy weekend and gets quite cold at night, which we weren’t expecting. However, when we mentioned it to the hosts they jacked the heat up in the evening right away! The property might be far for some who want to stay in the center of Venice, but since we’d been already and wanted to avoid the chaos, this choice was perfect for us!

Excellent place to stay as family

Pro: The apartment is as described with all the necessary essentials. The location is very close to the boat terminal and so the access to public transport is very convenient. Not to forget, we also had a fabulous host who was very helpful throughout the stay. Would very much recommend this place to other.

Contro: Nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect to our needs.

Fantastic base for a few days in Venice.

Pro: Homely, comfortable, cool. In a relaxed area away from central Venice but within easy reach of all the sights, as well as Lido by using the water buses.

Contro: Nothing. We were surprised though that the local restaurants / bars / shops were all closing by 9 - except Osteria de Pampa. Eat early!

Pro: Шикарное расположение. Нас было 6 человек, спальных мест всем хватило. Есть разная посуда, стиральная машинка и к ней порошок, кофемашина и к ней капсулы, в общем все просто супер для отдыха. Рядом остановка для поездок куда либо на острова или в тот же центр. Очень рекомендую и если буду ещё в Венеции будем стараться там гставаться

Contro: Такого не было. Нас даже на час раньше встретили, мы оставили вещи и пошли в магазин. Единственное налог за туристов был не большой неожиданностью по 4 евро с человека за ночь - это дополнительно по мимо всех оплат в букинге. В остальном все просто супер.

Było super fajnie!

Pro: Dobra lokalizacja i wygoda dla całej naszej grupy. Dwie sypialnie, kuchnia z wystarczającym wyposażeniem. Czysto. Dobry kontakt z obsługą. Zapisuje do swojego notesu na następny wypad do Wenecji :)

Pro: Nous, sommes venus en famille à 7 +1 bb. L'emplacement au calme et juste en face d une station vaporettos. Des propriétaires absolument charmants, arrangeants. Nous, sommes arrivés à venise avec de la pluie, les propriétaires nous ont laissé prendre possession de la maison avant l heure et au départ après l heure. Ils sont vraiment adorables. Nous, reviendrons
