Pro: Amazing place. The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable. Only the breakfast should be a little bit more sophisticated, so that everything is just perfect.

Pro: The hotel staff are extremely commited to the guest. They make sure every need is fulfilled and go beyond to make you feel like it is a special experience. Otherwise, hotel decor carries that luxurious style with a exuisite view on the canal from the graden. Facilities are impecable, of course.

Phenomenal hotel with a phenomenal staff

Pro: Hotel is located in a nice area, with a lot of restaurants and bars in the surroundings. The hotel is beautiful, as if you are walking into a palace from 1500. The rooms look a bit old in the pictures, but they are not. Everything is up to the highest standards, looking at comfort and facilities in the room. But, most impressive is the staff! What an amazing people work there! The concierge part of the hotel is insane! They booked several restaurants, trips, also in places where it was difficult to get a spot. Also the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. Really on off the best service we had in an hotel. The backside of the hotel is at the canal, so you can ask the staff to arrange a private water taxi to take you to where you want to go. 2 streets further there is also a stop for the public water taxi, so also very close.

Contro: The breakfast was a la carte, which is fine, but the options were a bit limited. Quality was good!

Magic stay in Venezia.

Pro: Everything was so special about this hotel. The location is hidden far from the crowd of all the tourists, and the staff is always there to help you. The room is decorated in beautiful antique style, and you have the magnificent view of Venice from the balcony. Special mention to the restaurant Glam for the breakfast and dinner, where you can get the authentic Italian service from high skilled staff. We will definitely come back here every time we visit Venice.

Pro: We had the pleasure of spending a few nights at this charming Venetian palace, and it was truly a memorable experience. Tucked away like a peaceful oasis, the property offers an incredible sense of calm and quiet—perfect after a day exploring the city. The beautiful gardens are impeccably maintained and add to the serene atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was the gastronomic restaurant on site - absolutely amazing! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor, making each meal a true delight. Overall, a wonderful stay in a unique and elegant setting. I would return in a heartbeat!

Pro: I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels around the world but I must say this is one of the best I’ve experienced. Not just on the property but the team there that makes our stay so memorable. From the beginning Giacomo has answered all my questions kindly and when we arrived, he made us felt so so welcomed! Giacomo went extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable, really taking good care of us. Exceptional from every area - the service, the location, the room, the comfort. Everything was just so great.

Pro: The staff were excellent, it was such a warm welcome and we felt very relaxed during our stay. The Whatsapp concierge service is something I am missing now I am back at work!!

Contro: Although we appreciated the excellent level of service at breakfast, it felt a little formal!

Pro: This is the best hotel in Venice!!! Luana and her team are going beyond and above so their guests are having a memorable stay. From the impeccable Venetian interiors to the hidden gardens overlooking the Grand Canale, this hotel is an oasis of luxury in crowded Venice.
