Pro: Posizione ottima, in zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi da piazza San Marco e dal teatro La Fenice. personale gentile anche se presente solo al mattino dei giorni feriali. Pulizia della stanza eccellente ... consigliamo di avvisare gli ospiti che la domenica non vengono effettuate le pulizie.

Pro: I seldom write reviews, but our experience here was so positive that I feel compelled to share it. The location was ideal, situated in the heart of Venice, close to everything within walking distance yet in a quiet area, allowing for a noise-free evening and restful sleep. The apartment was charming, decorated in a vintage Venetian style with two bedrooms, a small kitchenette, and a walk-in wardrobe (really!). The hotel was perfectly located—central yet quiet. Room service and cleanliness were commendable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. We loved the place and would definitely consider returning.

Contro: Remember, this place is centuries old, so don’t expect modern facilities. If you prefer that, consider other places instead (Dubai or whatever:) I don't understand why some people complain about this when they choose to visit Venice. :)
