Gorgeous hotel in a quiet location away from the crowds with excellent staff and some excellent bars and restaurants nea

Pro: It’s a beautiful building, very stylish with lots of character in a quiet location away from the crowds. The rooms was a good size, comfy bed, breakfast was excellent and the little bar a nice way to finish the evening. Special mentions to Franco and Diana who make the experience very special, they are so attentive and helpful.

Contro: The sound proofing isn’t brilliant but it guests didn’t have really loud conversations in the hall at 7am on a Sunday morning it would have been fine.

Venice heaven in a Canaveggio hideaway.

Pro: Hotel Heureka completely exceeded my expectations. I loved the location - unbelievably calm and tranquil, yet just a canal away from the buzzy centre of Canaveggio bars and restaurants and 15 mins from the heart of Venice. Excellent transport links with a Orto just 5 mins away. The room was gorgeous, looking over the garden. And the garden was a perfect spot for an evening drink under the stars.

Contro: The only thing would be a slightly bigger bathroom - but I can't fault the facilities!

Beautiful hotel, great staff and service

Pro: Beautiful property expertly renovated in a sympathetic while contemporary style. Execellent, personal service, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. The hotel is in a quieter part of Venice, we enjoyed exploring the all over including the busy parts but retreating to this peaceful corner.

Pro: The property was very clean and unique. It is further from the city centre but it is quiet and peaceful. Will stay again! Highly recommended! The restaurants recommended by the hotel was also lively and delicious!

Pro: Das Hotel ist ein wunderschöner alter Palazzo, der sehr geschmackvoll und sehr authentisch renoviert wurde. Die Einrichtung sowohl der allgemeinen Räume (Empfangshalle, Klavierzimmer, Frühstücksraum usw.) als auch meines Zimmer ist eine gelungene Mischung aus Tradition und gemütlicher Moderne. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, das hat mir sehr gefallen! Das Beste überhaupt sind alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels : die Freundlichkeit mit der ich von Hr. Franco Gozzi empfangen wurde, die Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfestellung bei sämtlichen Fragen zu Unternehmungen oder Pläne, die tollen Vorschläge für Restaurants usw.... einfach unglaublich! Natürlich gab es auch ein wunderbares Frühstück.... ich konnte aus einer kleinen Karte viele Köstlichkeiten wählen , die dann serviert wurden. ein wirklich herausragendes Hotel, ich komme sicher wieder!

Contro: alles perfekt!
