Great value for money and recommend for travelling on a budget!

Pro: Had everything we needed! Was super close to the train station, the supermarket and a great pizza spot (Pizzeria alla Cita). Our room also had a lovely balcony for eating breakfast and dinner on. Definitely great value for money!

Contro: There are two shared bathrooms for the four bedrooms in the apartment which meant there was often a queue for the bathroom. As backpackers who have been staying in hostels this wasn’t a new experience for us but definitely something to factor in when getting ready in the morning! The rooms aren’t very soundproof (luckily our neighbours were polite and respectful) but I imagine this could be a bit of an issue. The room and bathroom were clean but the shower could use a bit of a scrub. I think a lot of these issues can be expected when staying in budget accomodation and still a lot nicer than staying in a dorm room!

Pro: The stay couldn't have been better, there are no complaints, everything was great.

Pro: The place was clean and about 5 minute walk from the bus stop and 20 minutes walk to the train station.

Contro: Noisy neighbours and the toilet was a little dirty with the sink being overflowed with water all the time.

Pro: Staff very friendly and helpful, apartment was clean, comfortable , kitchen very useful. great location.

Pro: The best apartments. We liked everything very much. We were met, checked in, told everything, given the keys. The room is clean, very cozy, homely. The kitchen has everything you need.

Pretty good overall

Pro: - Good price/quality ratio - at least at the time of writing (October 2023). - The common areas were cleaned everyday. - Near bus stop (Lavelli) with a direct connection to Venice. Tip: you can take a shortcut through the park to reach the bus stop in 5-7 minutes. - Kitchen + basic utilities. - 2 bathrooms/showers. - Decent beds. - Balcony. - Nice & responsive host.

Contro: - The appartment was pretty noisy at night. There is a highway and railroad right outside and the inside doors also let through a lot of noise from other guests. - There was only 1 nightstand and 1 small light in a room with 4 beds. - On the whole, the appartment (and especially the common area) seemed like it had seen better days. Could use some renovations.

Amazing property, 100 percent recommend!

Pro: Stayed at this property in June, and we loved it! Such good value for money, the staff were so friendly and helpful, I was able to text or call any time I needed anything, such as numbers for local taxis. Property has everything you need, there are 4 bedrooms in the apartment and 2 bathrooms. The bathroom was always available when we needed it. There is a big kitchen with all appliances and a balcony that we sat on to eat our breakfast. There are takeaway menus in the apartment that are useful. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bus stop that goes into Venice. The bus goes every 10 minutes, between 6am and midnight.

Pro: Very friendly and helpful host. Comfy room, great level of confidence. The local supermarket was right next door.
