L'affitta Camere di Venezia

Pro: Buona posizione, facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto e ancor di più dalla stazione di Venezia Mestre. Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La camera in sè piccola, ma perfetta perfettamente in linea con quanto indicato

Contro: Riscaldamento non attivo (a fine Ottobre, ho avuto un po' freddo durante la notte); tappeto del bagno non pulito.

Pro: Stanza pulita, fornita di tutto (asciugacapelli, asciugamani, tv, frigo silenzioso, coperta). Bagno ok. Posto centralissimo. Si trova su un ristorante greco veramente ottimo e molto comodo per cenare. Tanti bar nelle vicinanze ed un centro commerciale con supermercati. Check in fatto alle 22:15 senza problemi e senza supplemento. Il titolare non è italiano ma parla italiano ed è molto disponibile. Per 2/3 gg soluzioni ideale.

Contro: Assenza zanzariere. Letto forse a fine vita.

Pro: Vicinissimo alla fermata di pullman per andare in Venezia, noi abbiamo preso la linea 7 ma c'è anche la linea 2 ,il proprietario e stato molto gentile e disponibile, qualità prezzo top!!!!

Great value for the price

Pro: Very good location near the Venezia Mestre train station. It makes returning from Venice much easier. We didn’t have to take a crowded bus, but instead enjoyed a calm ride on the train. The apartment is inexpensive and includes towels, a hairdryer, a fan, a private bathroom, a coffee machine, and a kettle. We were also provided with two coffee capsules and some tea. We were provided with disposable tableware, and they were ready to check us in earlier than the scheduled time I mentioned a specific time in advance, and a staff member was already there, so we didn’t have to wait

Contro: We had to buy our own soap There was an empty soap dispenser, already rusty — it would have been easier to throw it away than to clean it. It didn’t bother me personally, but some people might want to know that the neighborhood is home to many Muslim immigrants, so the streets can be quite dirty. However, this didn’t affect our overall impression, because for this price, I think it’s a good apartment

The perfect place for solo travellers and for one night stay!

Pro: The host was very kind.He was very helpful during my stay. As I was looking for halal restaurants, he went out to show me the restaurant! He was very polite! Highly recommended for a one night stay.

Contro: The room was cosy, neat, comfortable and clean. It had a ventilator and an AC system as well. The bathroom was immaculate as well. I really liked everything in the hotel!

Very reasonable and valued for money.

Pro: No breakfast was included in my booking. All in all, the place met my expectations.

Contro: There was no proper sign for the property. Hence, it took me more than usual to locate the place at the beginning.

Pro: The experience there it was nice, the place, location and all around there it was precise and near to the bus stop to go to Venice.

Pro: La habitación está muy bien, la atención del personal, en especial de almas, muy amable, y está próximo a la estación mestre.

Pro: Le logement est exactement comme décrit. Il est à une minute de l’arrêt de bus qui mène directement à Venise. Petit mais fonctionnel. Un chauffage portatif était à disposition et était très utile par ces temps froids. Draps et serviettes à disposition et propres. Petit réfrigérateur à disposition. Difficultés pour comprendre comment verrouiller la porte d’entrée (technique différente de la France).

Contro: Pommeau de douche à changer: pas beaucoup de jets et ils vont dans tous les sens
