Pro: Camera, Pulizia, posizione e possibilità di avere sala cucina condivisa

Pro: Struttura nuova, pulita e accogliente, mezzi di trasporto a pochi passi.

Pro: La struttura risulta comoda sia per la posizione che per gli spazi. Tutto pulito e come da foto. Molto soddisfatta!

Contro: Aggiungerei delle mensole in doccia per poter poggiare i prodotti

Pro: Host con risposta rapidissima e molto gentile! Camera pulita e terrazzino molto carino! Fermata bus vicino a casa

Contro: Angolo cottura piccolino ma sufficiente per qualche giorno a Venezia!

Pro: Struttura nuova; posizione; disponibilità staff; letto comodo e presenza di topper; frigorifero e attrezzatura per bevande calde; servizi di cortesia. Parcheggio sulla via pubblica, da cercare in zona (gratuito).

Contro: Nulla. Solo per migliorare: aggiungere alcuni “accorgimenti”: un lavandino e/o suppellettili in area “soggiorno”; un mocio / scopa per emergenza acqua-raccogliere da terra.

Pro: Posizione ottima, struttura curata in ogni dettaglio e gentilezza/rapidità dell’host nel rispondere a qualsiasi domanda!

Pro: A very nice and modern room, a smart TV, coffee machine, air conditioning, and a great location right next to the bus/tram stop. Communication with the hosts was excellent — when we had trouble setting the heating, they helped us immediately. Our room also had a large terrace, and we were a bit sad that due to the season we couldn’t fully enjoy its potential.

Contro: There was very little toilet paper, trash bags were missing, as well as plates and cutlery. The bathroom was very cold, and there was only one shared duvet for two people.

The reset that we needed in this hectic life of ours and we couldn’t have picked better.

Pro: We loved the apartment with a little terrace to soak up all the last sun. The apartment was very clean and cosy. The main tram line to Venice is a 2min walk from the door so it really is the perfect location for anyone looking to explore. Good local food and lots of cafes around open late to enjoy a drink or a snack. Really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t recommend it enough.

Contro: Can’t fault it in any way it was honestly an ideal place for a couple city getaway
