Pro: ABBIAMO ALLOGGIATO IN UN MONOLOCALE COLLEGATO ALL'ALBERGO IN UNA CORTE INDIPENDENTE,TOTALMENTE RISTRUTTURATO-COMODO PER ENTRARE ENTRARE ED USCIRE AGLI ORARI PIù COMODI-MOLTO VICINO ALLA STAZIONE- VICINO ALLE FERMATE DEI BATTELLI CHE SONO INDISPENSABILI PER GIRARE COMODAMENTE-COLAZIONE INCLUSA BUONA E VARIA-PIENAMENTE SODDISFATTI

Pro: Bellissima idea quella dell'Hotel Marin di rendere disponibili anche mini appartamenti a pochi passi dall'albergo; gli ospiti soggiornano in spazi più ampi, hanno l'uso cucina e comunque sempre una reception di riferimento per qualsiasi esigenza. Nel nostro caso, posizione ottima a due passi dalla stazione e dal quartiere ebraico

Contro: Se proprio proprio dovessi migliorare qualcosa suggerirei di rendere più ordinato e accogliente il cortile interno, ma alla fine ........ mica si dorme in cortile!

Pro: Apartment very well looked after and manteined. Modern looking and confortable, as per the pictures shown. Everyone at the reception was very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, the person taking care of us gave us very useful information on how to move around by waterbus and the cheapest option to do so. We followed his advice and made the most of it. Location is nearby one big waterbus stop, so very convenient. Close to diverse restaurants with menu of the day. It was a great stay.

Pro: The hotel was very close to the train station but across the bridge in a quiet location. Restaurants cafe were very close and only a 5 min walk to the canal to catch the water bus or taxi. Room was spacious with good facilities. Staff were amazing, very friendly and always available.

Contro: Everything was good but the hotel was on the opposite side of the station so had to cross over with big bags. Also the room was on the 2nd floor. When you have big bags it's not easy although it is very close to the station.

Convenient location, clean & comfortable room, excellent service.

Pro: Location was very convenient - within walking distance from the train station. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and super helpful - gave us good recommendations on places to visit and restaurants.

Great place to stay!

Pro: Well located within easy walk to train station. Restaurants and bars nearby.

Contro: Only drawback was a plumbing problem created by other guests (inconsiderate & nonsensical use of plumbing) Was promptly remedied by staff following our request.

Lovely place in Venice

Pro: Very nice hotel, situated in great place. Clean and nicely done. Staff was brilliant, very helpful, friendly with positive attitude. I highly recommend this place.

Pro: Location, was perfect. 5 min from shuttles, ferries and trains.

Contro: Bed wad standard small double bed, damp smell, sircon worked but not well.

Renovated good location.

Pro: Location was very good for us. Close to train station and ferry, so very easy to get around and to get to popular tourist spots, but also away from crowds of people. There is also a laundromat nearby as well as cafes etc. Recently refurbished. Clean and neat.

Contro: Still some finishing touches needed for the renovation.
