Pro: Camera molto accogliente e fedele alle foto. Ben ristrutturata e molto pulita.

Contro: Non ho compreso la scelta di non far trovare agli ospiti del sapone considerata l’attenzione trovata in altri dettagli (carta igienica, asciugamani, bicchieri, the, coperte…)

Pro: Cortesia e disponibilità del personale, pulizia, posizione.

Great stay in a great location

Pro: Great location, very close to the main attractions and restaurants. The room had everything I needed. I liked that it had aircon as well, making it easy to control the temperature. I didn’t get to meet Bruna but I loved the responsiveness whenever I needed something.

Contro: Nothing really. Would be nice to have storage space for bags in the single rooms and for if arriving before check-in or leaving later.

Pro: Bruna was a lovely and responsive host. My room was lovely and had everything I needed. And the little touches like the melba toast, giant cookie and variety of teas were much appreciated. Both the bathroom and the bedroom were spotless and the shower pressure was fantastic. The location was great - a very easy walk from the closet vaporetto station (I arrived by train from Paris and took the vaporetto from the train station. And close to the main tourist areas, but not right in the middle which means that the neighbourhood was relatively quiet.

Contro: Nothing I didn't like, but a small suggestion - a light above the keypad outside the front door will be helpful - I had my cell phone torch but without that I wouldn't have been able to see the keys.

Pro: It is an attractive set of appartments and the room was ideal for one. Its a little out of the way but in a very pleasant area.

Contro: I didn't get to meet any of the staff. I had not received the key code so when I arrived I was locked out. I had to get a waiter from the nearby restaurant to phone the owner and ask for the code. Once i got the messages everything was fine, but there is no breakfast included.

Pro: Very convinient location, quiet neighborhood, recently renovated, quite big

Simply excellent!

Pro: Clear communications from host, the accommodation was situated at the perfect spot in the centre of Venice so we could reach everything by foot easily

Contro: No airconditioning made us open the windows one night and invite numerous musquitos but here the host wasn't at fault. It seemed to be a municipal policy and centralized management of airconditioning systems outside of the summer period.

Pro: Superb location, fluent communication with the host. Quiet, still in the centre.

I had an enjoyable stay in Venice

Pro: It was away from the crowds but still close enough to major attractions and the ferry.

Nice room in good location, and helpful host.

Pro: Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Was in good location just a bit hard to find at first however the host was fairly quick to respond and helpful.

Contro: It would have been nice to have some milk in the room for tea and coffee and an iron. Also the sensor light in the bathroom wasn’t great as I had to get out of the shower to keep turning it back on which wasn’t ideal and hot water didn’t last very long.
