Contro: I cuscini erano un po scomodi,e il flusso d’acqua per fare la doccia era poco…

Pro: Everything was perfect. Hostess Milly was kind and helped me plan my way to the city. The location is 10/10, I was listening to serenades by gondola guys under the window. After reading previous reviews I brought my own pillow, but that turned our to be unnecessary, the place was perfectly clean.

Beautiful place to stay in Venice

Pro: Perfect location, ancient Venetian building with the private bridge, windows to the canal with gondolas, singing and playing (but early in the morning cargo boats unload the supplies, and be ready to some noise)! Really perfect in the heart of San Marco area, close to Gritti Palace, close to Academia Bridge. Room design is quite exceptional, especially when you want to make some amazing photos! Thank you!

Contro: There were some technical issues, e.g. some furniture needs reparation, boiler (or heater, I didn’t understand what it was) was very noisy, especially at night. The room lacks extra toilet paper, some tableware, cutlery, etc.

Beautiful apartment with minor negligence.

Pro: This is a very beautiful appartement with a very kind and beautiful guest. I recommend this house to everyone who loves enjoying their vacation.

Contro: Bedcover wasn’t clean. There were blond hairs of woman on it. Pillows and blankets were clean.

Pro: The location was great. Beautiful view from the window of the canal. The room was very large which was definitely useful for our toddler. We couldn't hear neighbours and with the canal outside, the only noise was the yells and talking between the gondolas which can be quite charming.

Contro: The room and bathroom wasn't spotless but it wasn't a problem.

Pro: A wonderful place in the center with your own little balcony where it was wonderful to have breakfast and watch the gondolas sailing down the canal in the evening. You couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay.

Wonderful stay in Amazing Venice!

Pro: Vip Venice Rooms – We stayed in a spacious, well-appointed room with an ensuite bathroom. The room featured a large, comfortable bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, TV, fridge, and kettle – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom, though it didn’t have a shower, had a generously sized bathtub. With a bit of bubble bath and the option of dimmed lighting, it became a surprisingly relaxing feature that I really enjoyed. The location was ideal – just a five-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square and close to many major attractions. It was also conveniently located just a few minutes from the ‘Santa Maria del Giglio’ Vaporetto stop. We found it to be the perfect base for our wonderful break in Venice, with supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants all nearby.

Contro: We did have an interesting night thanks to a mosquito in the room – understandable given Venice’s abundance of water. I’d recommend keeping the windows closed and bringing some mosquito repellent, just to be on the safe side.

Pro: Everything was great: the staff, the location, the rooms match the photos. Only in the room not all the sockets worked, there is no shower hose in the bathroom, which makes it difficult to wash your hair and generally take a quick shower.

Great stay.

Pro: Great location and an amazing view from the window. The balcony is above the canal which adds to the Venice experience :)

Contro: It would be nice to fix hot water. It jumps from very hot to cold every 20 seconds. Also, the door to the bathroom has to be replaced as it has big dents. Nothing critical, just does not look good.
