Pro: Besides having such a romantic, old history the Residenza is charming, comfortable and in a very quiet, convenient location. Amber the owner is super friendly and thoughtful and Eva, who met us on our arrival was also extremely friendly, helpful and informative about the house and area. It was the perfect stay for our week in glorious Venice.

Perfect holiday

Pro: The Residenza Corte Molin is amazing place to stay while in Venice. Is not too far from most beautiful attractions and restaurants and yet, it is so peaceful and relaxing. Location is absolutely perfect and lovely owner Ambra and Anna were extremely helpful in every way to make our stay unforgettable. They definitely went beyond the expectation. I highly recommend this place.

Contro: Honestly, there's nothing that we didn't like.

Historic stay, perfectly positioned for the Rialto, surrounded by good places to eat.

Pro: The history was fascinating. The bed was huge and extremely comfy. The decor quirky and totally in keeping with the building. The agency staff supporting the venue were lovely and gave lots of good suggestions.

Contro: The mosquito that kept buzzing me as I sat out in the outdoor lounge. Grateful for the mosquito plug in the room.

Pro: Central location with good food around the area, 5min walk to Rialto bridge. Clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning which is very much needed in summer. Lovely host who was responsive and gave good recommendations

Contro: It was smaller than we thought it would be - most of the pictures shown are the communal/reception area.

Cozy, Clean, Intimate

Pro: I liked the interior decor of the building and my room, as well as the terrace. The location is fantastic, because it is right in the centre but still has a quiet and intimate feel to the location. The location is also great because from the outside it looks like a regular building and not a hotel, so I felt more secure knowing it's not as noticeable as a residence for tourists. I also really liked the cleanliness of the room and the mini bar/mini coffee bar!

Contro: The soap for washing your hair and body could have been more easily identified, as the label only had a symbol and the name of the brand but did not say on it what it was for, so I was not sure at first if it was just hand-soap or what. Also, I wish the rooms had wifi. The T.v did not work for programs and streaming networks because there was no internet in the room.

Alojamiento acogedor en el corazón de Venecia

Pro: La experiencia fue muy positiva. La casa es antigua, con mucha historia y un encanto especial que te hace sentir dentro del auténtico ambiente veneciano. Además, su ubicación es inmejorable: está cerca de los principales lugares turísticos y también a unos 15 minutos andando de la estación. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, y aunque sea una residencia con muchos años de historia, el mobiliario estaba muy bien cuidado. El proceso de llegada resultó cómodo, ya que recoger las llaves fue sencillo y sin complicaciones.

Contro: Como pequeño inconveniente, las almohadas eran bastante finas; unas más gruesas habrían resultado más cómodas, ya que algunos días nos levantamos con algo de dolor de cuello.

Rundum gelubgener Aufenthalt, sehr zentral, und doch gemütlich und ruhig.

Pro: Sehr schöne stilvolle Ausstattung, alles Praktische auch da, zentrale tolle Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig ! grosses Bett - sehr liebenswerter und aufmerksamer Empfang durch Gastgeberin .

Contro: Entriegelung der Eingangstüre wäre gut zu revidieren.. 😉

Pro: Un lugar encantador con historia en el centro de Venecia, cerca de todo para conocer la ciudad de primera mano. Nos encantó la atención de Eva, sus consejos y ayuda!!
