Ottima ospitalità e ottimo soggiorno

Pro: Struttura comodissima a tutta la zona centrale di Venezia. La proprietaria è gentilissima e di piacevole compagnia Il letto davvero comodo e con lenzuola meravigliosamente vellutate cosa che ho apprezzato molto dopo tate ore di cammini e di stanchezza... Camera e bagno pulitissimi e con tutto il necessario. Ottima ospitalità.

Viaggio a Venezia

Pro: La signora Antonella una persona squisita....pronta ad accontentare e a consigliare su tutto!dagli orari dei mezzi di trasporto ai luoghi dove pranzare o cenare

Contro: Siamo rimasti soddisfatti su tutto....

Enjoyable stay!

Pro: Great location: technically it’s located in the sestiere Santa Croce but San Polo is just across the first bridge, thus very close to Rialto and ultimately to Piazza San Marco. At the same time it’s very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of busier areas. Antonella the host was really welcoming and friendly providing advice and useful information. Of particular note, she left a mignon of prosecco and a mini-panettone in our room to celebrate NYE in style, a really thoughtful touch!

Contro: Nothing really! The price paid is good value for money

Great stay at Casa Antonella

Pro: Antonella was a great host. She responded to our contacts quickly, she met us at the apartment and gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to see. She also put us in a larger room, as we were staying longer. We had a kettle and cups etc for tea and coffee in our room and access to a fridge to keep other supplies in the shared common room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and the wi-fi was strong. There was a wardrobe in the room and two chairs and a desk to sit at, with plenty of room for our cases. The apartment was in a great location, close to a ferry bus stop and it was easy to walk to restaurants and a supermarket. We also walked to all attractions.

Contro: Unfortunately, like everywhere in Venice, the sewer system emitted an odour at times.

Perfect stay - lovely host, would return!

Pro: I stayed for five nights in the Garden Cozy Room and absolutely loved it. I even got an upgrade, which made the stay even more special. Everything was perfect the room, the atmosphere, and the location. Antonella was incredibly kind and welcoming, and I truly enjoyed every moment. I would definitely love to come back!

Contro: Although it’s not related to the room or the host, I did notice that some other guests weren’t always considerate, at times a bit noisy.

Warm, Cozy and Brilliant

Pro: Antonella’s Casa is definitely perfectly located to walk around the streets of Venice, she is a lovely host and makes you feel the warmth before you arrive till she sees you off! The house is such a vibe in itself with a hidden Venetian garden and I really can’t say more. Please go there yourself to experience it. Thanks to Antonella 🙏❤️

Pro: Ms. Antonella, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made check-in a pleasant experience. Be mindful of the city tax in addition to the property cost. The shared area is spacious, offering comfortable sofas, a dining table with complimentary bread and jams, a fridge, ironing facilities, and even some fun amenities like board games and a billiard table. The room was newly built with a clean bathroom, fresh towels, and a great hair dryer. While the beds could be a bit more comfortable, they were still acceptable.

Contro: There were limited kitchen facilities, but this was clearly explained by the owner. Only a kettle, cups, and some coffee and tea bags were provided.

It made Venice feel like home straight away

Pro: - The location was great; not too touristy, but very close to main square - Even though a guest house, our stay felt very private - Lovely cat - Helpful host - Home comforts like slippers, iron and kettle

Perfekt för mig, kommer tillbaka!

Pro: Fräscht, enkelt, mysigt och hemtrevlig. Äkta Venedig känsla. 15 Minuter till tåget och nära till allt. Lugnt område. Perfekt och tryggt när man reser ensam. Antonella trevlig och hjälpsam värd! Kommer absolut tillbaka. Bra pris för Venedig.
