Pro: La migliore esperienza a Venezia di sempre! Il posto è carino e molto pulito, sistemato con cura ogni giorno dal carissimo host che gestisce la Guest house! Di grande gentilezza, ci ha aiutati in tutte le nostre richieste e ci è venuto in contro in ogni momento, addirittura quando eravamo in ritardo per riconsegnare la stanza! Lo stabile è completo di cucina e zona colazione con tutto il necessario per prepararsi da mangiare. Veramente 100% raccomandato, torneremo sicuramente!! 🌞

Molto pulito, posizione perfetta

Pro: Le camere erano molto pulite e il letto molto comodo, ci siamo fermati solo una notte ma è stato molto gradevole alloggiarci!

Contro: Non avevamo capito ci fossero i bagni in comune ma nonostante questo erano molto puliti, sempre. Quindi ci siamo trovati bene anche sotto questo aspetto

Pro: Struttura estremamente pulita Temperatura dei riscaldamenti nelle stanze e nei bagni assolutamente piacevole Host super garbati e disponibili Posizione centralissima Vicino a pizzerie, Osterie, panificio, minimarket insomma tutto a portata di mano, compresa la fermata del vaporetto per spostarsi agevolmente. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Loved our stay!

Pro: The owner was so kind and helpful! We loved our stay there. It's literally in the centre of everything. There are options of breakfast and lunch/dinner nearby as well. It was very clean & comfortable. The free WiFi has perfect signal.

Pro: I had a wonderful stay at San Marco Guest House Venice, and everything exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent — very close to San Zaccaria vaporetto stop, Arsenale, and within easy walking distance of San Marco Square. Supermarkets, cafés, and public transport are all nearby, making it very easy to move around Venice. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized, with a room heater and hot water always available. The bathrooms were very clean, and the house felt safe, quiet, and welcoming. The host was very kind, helpful, and responsive. Check-in instructions were clear, and communication was smooth throughout the stay. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!
