Pro: Calorosa accoglienzae ottimi consigli su venezia, pulizia ottima, la struttura è incantevole di classe e curata nei minimi particolari, ogni camera hai il suo bagno privato e il giardino è incantevole! consiglio vivamente.

Would definitely recommend and stay again, any time.
Pro: Wow! What to say about this amazing place. It was wonderful! First the hosts were so helpful and accommodating. And the accommodation itself was like a wonderful home away from home. Plenty of room for everyone (we were an adult family of 5). Bus stop was right out front, which was super convenient (approximately 15-20 minutes to get to the bus terminal on Venice itself).
Contro: Nothing. Was a great experience.

Pro: Location is top notch. House is very well equipped and absolutely stunning.
Contro: While they were flexible about the check-in date which we highly appreciate I must mention they totally lack hospitality skills. The host`s mother was rather rude and pulled very questionable faces when they had to wait 15mins until the others arrived...

Pro: The house was great for us - 6 adults. Very spacious, modern and well designed, immersed in greenery. The beautiful scent of jasminum was a bonus :) You can find there everything you need to spend comfortable a couple of days.
Contro: We had some problem with ants in dowstairs bedroom but it was solved immediately. The bus stop is indeed next to the house, but be aware that it takes 20-30 min to reach Venice and bus isn't always is on time.

An amazing place to stay when visiting Venice: beautiful rooms and garden, a 20min bus ride to the centre.
Pro: The house, the surrounding trees in the garden, the hosts, the overall mood of the place was amazing
Contro: It was way too cold when we got there, and it took about 2 days for the heating system to reach the 21C temperature. We also expected a regular breakfast option, though the endless coffee compensated for that:)

Great and spacious villa
Pro: Great villa, 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom + a big livingroom with perfectly equipped kitchen. Large garden and lots of space. Bus station outside, 18 mins to Venice with bus 7/7E. Supermarket, park, restaurants close by
Contro: It was great. One downside was the presence of mosquitos but this is due to the resort being part of the park. There are no baby beds available if you travel with a toddler.

Pro: Lokalizacja przy samym przystanku autobusu do Wenecji Nienaganna czystość! Fantastyczne wyposażenie i design. Bardzo dobry kontakt i oprowadzenie do domu przez Francescę Obiekt wpisany na własną listę wartych ponownego odwiedzenia :)

Puikus, patogus namas.
Pro: Namas puikus, naujas. Trys miegamieji su vonios kambariais. Labai švaru. Teritorija uždara, labai prižiūrėta. Autobusų stotelė vietoje. Iki Venecijos 25min kelio autobusu. Šeimininkai mus pasitiko, perdavė raktus ir viską paaiškino.
Contro: Booking platformoje nėra pastabos, kad už vėlyvą atvykimą yra papildomas mokestis.

Pro: Ideální výchozí lokalita pro návštěvu Benátek, krásný dům, zahrada, pocit bezpečí, Skvělé vybavení - myčka, pračka, sušička, kávovar..., čaj, cukr, sůl, koření, drobné cukrovinky.... ,vkusně a hezky zařízené pokoje, Dovolená s přáteli, kteří těž nešetřili superlativy o ubytování. Sympatická a milá hostitelka .
Contro: Nemám žádnou výtku.
