Comfortable and well situated

Pro: Great location; quiet and off the beaten track, but in the heart of less touristy Venice. The flat was comfortable, elegant and well setup, with everything you could possibly need. The space is small, but exceptionally organised with a king size bed downstairs and a double upstairs, both with bathrooms. The flat is air-conditioned throughout, essential when the temperature rises above 25 degrees.

Contro: Be aware that a significant deposit, city tax and personal information will be requested, prior to arrival.

Parfait!

Pro: Nous avons adoré la localisation de l'appartement, proche du vaporetto, dans un quartier très calme avec un Coop à proximité et le bateau poubelle! L'appartement est très complet au niveau de la cuisine, des salles de bain et des équipements. Les informations pour trouver l'appartement sont très précises.

Contro: Nous n'avions pas compris que la mezzanine, où se situe le second lit, n'était pas cloisonné. Les bruits du bas montent donc et peuvent être dérangeants si les personnes ne vivent pas au même rythme.

Une semaine agréable et un lieu à conseiller.

Pro: La tranquillité de la maison et du quartier. La proximité du quai du vaporetto. (… et de la gare ferroviaire) Le confort de l’appartement, parfaitement équipé et bien chauffé en dépit de la fraîcheur extérieure et du temps pluvieux!

Apartament w cichej okolicy, bardzo dobrze wyposażony.

Pro: Świetna lokalizacja, 10 min pieszo od dworca autobusowego oraz jakieś 15-20 min od placu świętego Marka. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, klimatyzacja robiła robotę nawet w upalne dni. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Naprawdę polecam, a w przyszłości na pewno skorzystamy jeszcze raz ☺️

Pro: 宾馆位置优越，与圣露西亚火车站步行不到十分钟，不到100米就是水上bus站；房间干净整洁，复式结构，非常适合家庭旅游；墙上挂的当地著名风景的画作非常棒

Contro: 对于没有很多定民宿经验的人，提醒必须提前告知入住信息并付费（城市建设税），否则不能入住

Modern apartment with fantastic location

Pro: Beautifully finished modern apartment. A haven of peace and calm yet fantastic central location with easy walk from the station, boat landings and major sights. Two full bathrooms and bedrooms on separate levels were an added bonus.
