Pro: We where happy with our appartment. It was very clean and tasteful. Only the bathroom upstairs was slightly outdated. I would like to mention how friendly and helpful our host was. We were greeted warmly and found a bottle of Prosecco in the refrigerator.

A lovely place on the island and spacious

Spacious, clean apartment, great location, super host

Pro: We stayed here for 4 nights. The whole apartment, rooms and spaces are very spacious and comfortable. The apartment is clean, well equipped, had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting ont he big terrace. The beds are very comfortable, we could sleep well. Excellent location, we could easily reach everything on foot and by public transport. Good restaurants in the area are a few minutes walk or even a very short bus ride away. Bus stop in front of the house next door, took us to the ferry/city centre in 5 minutes. We could park for free, very close to the apartment on the street opposite. Stefano is a great host! He answered everything very quickly and kindly. We had a great time here! Thank you for your flexibility during check-in! :-)

A great place to stay and highly recommend.

Pro: A lovely modern spacious apartment, around 15 minutes walk from the ferry port. Secure with gate access and although there were a few other apartments in the block it was very quiet. Clean and well maintained with everything you could need. Loads of storage and comfortable beds. Balcony with outdoor seating. Easy access on the bus route to other parts of the island or to the centre. Stefano was friendly and super responsive to any questions or queries and we appreciated an early check in.

Good location, beautiful appartment and wonderful host

Pro: Magnificent apartment owner! The owner welcomed us with a huge smile and it stayed that way until the end of our stay! We felt taken care of in every respect. The owner of the apartment was very helpful and more than nice. He answered all questions and tried to make us feel as good as possible even before arriving. The apartment was really clean, starting from the rooms and ending with towels and bedding. Lots of storage space, huge wardrobes, ironing board, hairdryer, Nespresso and coffee provided by the owner. There was even a welcome Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge, which was a very nice gesture. The entire apartment is finished with higher quality materials. We were especially surprised by the kitchen and wardrobes. I can't say even one bad word. Just perfect!

Spacious apartment close to the beach

Pro: Spacious and tasteful apartment with all the amenities as hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and generous wardrobes. The location is in quiet residential area with huge balcony to enjoy breakfast outdoors. Stefano is very helpful and we will definitely planning to come back.

Es war toll!!

Pro: Großartige Lage auf Lido; direkt an Bushaltestelle. Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Schöner Balkon. Etwas spärlich dekoriert in der Wohnung. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Contro: Ausstattung teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zu wenig Geschirr für die maximale Personenzahl. Küche etwas schmuddelig, aber war grad noch akzeptabel.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt aus dem Lido di Venezia

Pro: Der Gastgeber hat bereits im Vorfeld Fragen meinerseits zügig beantwortet. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Während dem Aufenthalt hätten wir uns jederzeit an den Gastgeber wenden können wenn wir das gebraucht hätten.

Eine gemütliche Woche in einer schönen Wohnung.

Pro: Die Unterkunft ist qualitativ in sehr gutem Zustand; sie ist hell und gemütlich. Sie liegt ganz nah bei einer Busstation. Das Bett war super bequem und es hat viel Stauraum. Sehr schöner Balkon. Gute Pizzeria und ein excellentes Fischrestaurant in der Nähe. Stefano ist ausgesprochen nett, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Contro: Also, es ist etwas ringhörig.
