Non potevo fare scelta migliore di casa emma ,
Pro: una struttura semplice , ma con tutto l’essenziali , siamo stati accolti divinamente con i vari consigli sul luogo e scontistiche particolari , dopo aver parcheggiato la nostra auto che non abbiamo usato per un intera settimana , abbiamo usato le bici che Anastasia e Emma ci han messo a disposizione max 5 min in spiaggia , e 10 a Chioggia e 2 min a piedi al super , Emma e una persona deliziosa che ha sopportato il nostro monello essendo presente ma non invadente , ci ha riempito di attenzioni e gesti non da tutti , consiglio ,per noi è stata una bellissima esperienza!
Contro: avendo fatto una settimana il materasso e i cuscini alla lunga li abbiamo trovati un po’ scomodi

Pro: Monolocale luminoso e ristrutturato e ben atrezzato adatto a due persone. Doccia grande e lavatrice. Zanzariere, aria condizionata e Wi-Fi. Fantastico poter avere il posto macchina nel cortile. Bici a disposizione. Vicinissimo grande supermercato. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile.
Contro: Consiglio un piccolo angolo attrezzato per il relax serale nel cortile.

Pro: Struttura pulita e molto accogliente,situata a sottomarina a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Chioggia. Gestione familiare,host disponibile e gentilissima! Ottimo per chi arriva in auto,infatti è dotata di parcheggio privato!

Pro: Апартамент был чистым, на кухне есть все что нужно. Есть холодильник , стиральная машина .В двух шагах пляж, магазины, рестораны. Так же присутствует парковка для автомобиля. Хозяйка апартамента очень отзывчая, милая девушка, всегда подскажет что нужно. Рекомендую!!!!!! Самое отличное место !!!!

Absolutely amazing!!
Pro: The apartment is so clean I think you could eat off the floor. Anastasia welcomed us and gave us so many information on where to go and how can get some Trips cheaper! She also gave us a discount to use for umbrellas and sunbeds at the beach. Her Mother that we were staying with was so adorable and friendly! She always made sure everything was okay. We have also received a little gift which i thought was so heartwarming. The Apartment is also in walking distance of everything. 8 min walking to the beach, 1 min to the next gas station and 2 minutes to a huge grocery store where you get everything you need. Restaurants and Bars are also 5 min walking distance. I absolutely loved my stay there and will definitely be coming back to stay at Casa Emma. Grazie per l'ospitalità :)

Pro: Sehr nette Gastgeberin, sie ist immer erreichbar gewesen und super hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch total super. Man ist schnell am Strand und schnell im Zentrum von Chioggia (ca. halbe Stunde zu Fuß). Ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden auf dem Grundstück und auch abgesperrt durch ein Tor. (Für ein großes Auto wie z.B. SUV vielleicht etwas eng). Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen wenn ich wieder nach Chioggia kommen sollte.
Contro: Das wir viel zu kurz da waren :D ;)

Alles super! Sauber und Freundlich, Gastgeberin hilfsbereit!
Pro: Schöne kleine Wohnung, Einzimmerraum mit TV, Bad, Dusche breit und Waschmaschine/ Wäschenständer ist dabei. Echt gut! Küchenausstattung alles nötigste. Wäre sinnvoll ein Küchenmesser und Weinkorkenzieher zu haben. Hatte ein Brotmesser, für Gemüse und Obst eher unpraktisch. Lage zentral 10 min Fußweg zum Strand und 5 min Bar und Geschäfte. Parkplatz vor dem Haus und durch ein Tor abgesichert! 😊
Contro: Kleines Küchenmesser sollte in der Wohnung nicht fehlen.
