Appartamento da favola

Pro: Abbiamo alloggiato in questo bellissimo appartamento in stile veneziano per due notti. L’appartamento è molto spazioso, accogliente , un mobilio antico che ti fa vivere appieno Venezia. Staff accogliente e disponile. La struttura è facilissima da raggiungere, vista la posizione centrale ci si può spostare a piedi e raggiungere qualsiasi punto di Venezia senza problemi, altrimenti la fermata del vaporetto è attaccata al palazzo! Le camere sono da favola, vista sul gran canale , grande splendore e raffinatezza! Spero di tornarci.

Pro: appartamento gigante in stile tipico veneziano, davvero molto bello! affaccia direttamente sul canal grande, vicinissimo ad un punto di attracco e quindi super comodo per gli spostamenti, il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato dei consigli molto utili sui locali dove poter cenare.

A wonderful and unique Venetian experience

Pro: It’s a beautiful and spacious apartment. With views over the Grand Canal but still calm and quiet. It’s so convenient for exploring the whole of the city!

VERY NICE STAY.

Pro: THE LOCATION IS VERY GOOD, ON THE RIGHT SIDE IS THE TOMA SEABUS STATION. IT HAS A SMALL ELEVATOR,BUT IT IS GOOD. THE ROOM IS LARGE, NOT HOT IN THE ROOM, TIDY AND CLEAN.

Grande canal views

Pro: Location on the grande canal and steps from the Vaporetto very convenient. Good restaurants nearby. Very large quirky apartment with washing machine (once we found it!) Board games.

Contro: Photos are true to the apartment, but it was a little on the creepy side initially, being an example of an original building. Once booked, I received a notification of an address change, which initially concerned me as it did sound suspicious, I asked the host, who explained and we decided to trust in the reviews. All was fine, but just a little odd when in a foreign country and not sure what to expect. The host also wanted to access the apartment to look for damages while we stayed, which we also found a bit strange, as we hadn't noticed any. We were leaving very early the next day so thought it couldbe done then. This made us uncomfortable as we were out for the day and hadn't locked up valuables left in the apartment. Again, all was OK but not really a fan of this, perhaps just too used to hotels.

Excellent location!

Pro: Everything - location, great communication from host, very helpful with any questions. Size of property was great and we had all we need. Water bus, shop, wine bars and restaurants and more just outside the property or couple minutes walk.
