Pro: Appartamento Teresa soggiorno superato le nostre aspettative! Tutto curato in ultimo detailo. In Appartamento no mancava niente. Signora gentilissima. Ci siamo sentiti come la casa propria. Se capita sicuramente torneremo. Grazie mille.

Pro: Very clean, very friendly hosts, the apartement, espascially the kitchen is very well equipped, there is even a washing machine, very usefull with kids. The AC was a great help on hot days. You can park for free along the road in front of the building. Short walk to the beach and to stores.

Contro: Some of the beds are very hard.

Pro: Nice location, good places to eat around, beach is near.. Best experience...I recommend 👌, and the owner of the place flexible and understanding. Give it a try, you will not regret it.

Lovely stay in Sottomarina/Chioggia. Highly recommended

Pro: Perfect stay in Sottomarina. Everything near: beach, shops, restaurants… The apartment is spacious, clean and modern. It is a flat on the 3rd floor of a nice building and provides a beautiful side view at the sea (200 m). It easily accomadates 5-6 people and is very well equipped with everything you might require during the vacation: from dishwasher to Netflix… The host family is absolutely amazing. They supported us in all asks. I very much appreciated great communication with the owner Eddy (perfect English) and his lovely mom who lives just underneath. You would need ~40 minutes to get to the old city of Chioggia, better take a bus or rent some bikes on the same street.

Contro: A little bit noisy during the weekend from the camping across the street. But you have an A/C which allows you to sleep with closed windows.

Włoskie wakacje

Pro: Mili i bardzo pomocni właściciele. Przestronny apartament. Stosunkowo blisko do plaży. Właściciel zapewnia kartę do parkowania. Apartament w pełni wyposażony. Właściciel pomógł nawet przy awari samochodu. Polecam wszystkim to miejsce. Idealne na wypad do Wenecji.

Najlepsze mieszkanie w Sottomarina!

Pro: Absolutnie wyjątkowy. Mieszkanie świetnie wyposażone, we wszystkie możliwe urządzenia i przedmioty, począwszy od pralki, zmywarki czy czajnika, a skończywszy na misce, naczyniach do gotowania czy też łyżki do butów. Meble, podłogi i łazienki są zadbane i nowe. Dwie łazienki i lustra dobrze doświetlone. Mieszkanie jest duże, trzy przestronne sypialnie i do tego salon z aneksem kuchennym. Lokal ma dwa balkony. Mogliśmy ugotować każdy posiłek.Czuliśmy się tam jak we własnym domu. Właściciel mieszka tuż obok i jest bardzo pomocny. Wynajmujący dysponuje kartą parkingową uprawniającą do parkowania bez opłaty na pobliskich ulicach. Tuż obok lokalu jest piekarnia, gdzie codziennie można kupić świeże pieczywo oraz dwie włoskie restauracje. Do plaży spacerem ok 3 minuty. Apartament przerósł nasze oczekiwania.
