Good appartment
Pro: There was everything that we need. It is comfortable, new and clean. AC is very nice in hot weather. Very fast internet(around 600mb/s). Owner is very kind. He told us all about appartment and city. I recommend it.

Lovely apartment in Sottomarina with great owners
Pro: Me and my partner stayed here a weekend with two kids. We really enjoyed our visit. The building and the apartment were both clean. The apartment is practically furnished. We were very happy with the parking space, the elevator and most importantly the short distance to the beach. The owners were very nice and helpful during the stay. We felt really welcome. There is a small super market nearby which is handy. We used the washing machine. We enjoyed the balcony. Grazie Mille!
Contro: We did not miss it, but if you are looking for a bigger sitting area for a group of people, this is not the ideal apartment.

Pro: The flat is very good and spacious. In the kitchen there are everything what you need (plates, bowls, glasses, etc). The bedrooms and the bathroom are also perfect. Air conditioner is only in the living room and the corridor, so you have to open the door of the bedroom's if you would like cold air. The location of the flat is very comfortable: few minutes by foot you can find small and big supermarkets, bakery, pastry shop and the sea is also a few minutes. The owners are very kind and helpful. I really recomment this appartment.

Pro: Die Wohnung in Sottomarina hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles noch neuwertig, sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber. Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG, erreichbar über einen geräumigen Fahrstuhl. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt darüber. Das Auto parkt man auf dem Hinterhof, erreichbar durch eine Schranke, die mit einem Schlüssel geöffnet wird. Im Okt. 2025 waren gleich drei Baustellen um uns herum – die hört man schon. Nachts ist es ruhig. Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, ein Supermarkt keine Minute entfernt. Der Vermieter Guido ist proaktiv und gibt gern viele Ratschläge für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Pro: Das Appartment ist im 4ten Stock, mit Aufzug erreichbar. Das Haus, wie auch die Wohnung sind in einen modernen Stil eingerichtet. Sicherheitstüre, elektr. Rollläden,Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine,Fliesenboden, Balkon ums Eck (Man konnte sogar das Meer etwas sehen), Gasofen, großer Kühlschrank etc. Der Vermieter ausgenommen freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Ein eigener Parkplatz hinter Schranken. Beim Ausgang vom Haus ein Cafe mit köstlichen Croissants. Gegenüber eine Pasticceria. Am Eck ein kleiner Discounter. Eine Minute entfernt Nikkis Pizza, Wow. Zur Altstadt ca.25min zu Fuß. Zum Strand bis zur Liege 4min.. Sofort wieder!!!

Tolles preisgünstiges Apartment
Pro: Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Viele Einkaufsmögichkeiten und Restaurants/Bars gleich ums Eck. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment liegt im 4. Stock, mit einem sehr großen Balkon von dem man eine tolle Aussicht über die Dächer von Sottomarina hat. Es ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!
