Pro: Se non spaventa un quarto d'ora a piedi per raggiungere la spiaggia (prezzi congrui anche lì) è la soluzione ideale, anche per famiglie con figlio piccolo (come il nostro, 2 anni). La disponibilità della cucina permette di occuparsi del bambino. Ristoranti vicini consentono l'asporto il che consente di non perdersi le prelibatezze del luogo anche con bambini (difficilmente gestibili in locali pubblici)
Contro: Con l'ascensore serve pazienza..

Nice stay in the old town near the port
Pro: Good location just few meters from the main street. But hidden enough for a good nights sleep. Spacious, well equipped kitchen. Tv with netflix. Clean.
Contro: Check in process. You have two options: meet and greet and get the key, but you need to be on certain time or pay extra. Or you get videos to your email and self check-in. We chose second option. It was not easy to understand videos. We parked our car in the garage ( you can not enter to park nearby - ZTL). And then watching over and over again we found out that the key is entirely on the other end of the city 15min one way by feet. Had to walk alone to pick up the key from the safety box. As I have returned, realised that one video is missing. So we had to guess the house, then we had to guess the door. Could imagine how fun it is to try 5different doors at night. All this fuss could have been avoided if you write all the information AND than give videos. Now people need to play those like a puzzle. Not only addresses are not written, they are told in video. What if I have hearing problems? So all in all, the housing is perfect, well bed mattress needs upgrade, but despite that: check in process needs to be changed. P.s the address you see on the booking.com map is the address of the key box. So address is entirely different and mismatched.

Pro: Sehr schönes und gemütliches Appartement, sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen, moderne Ausstattung mit kleinem Balkon, komplett ausgestattete Küche mit allen Küchenutensilien, sehr großes Schlafzimmer, modernes Badezimmer, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt...

Pro: Die Unterkunft liegt zwar weit vom Strand (30min) aber der Weg war ziemlich schön und ebenso das Viertel! Ziemlich ruhig und privat (: Die Küche ist auch ganz gut ausgestattet, wir konnten problemlos kochen! (Sogar backen wäre möglich gewesen) (Gewürze und so muss man selbst mitbringen) Wir wurden von einer Giulia empfangen, sie war ultra freundlich und hat uns alle Fragen beantwortet!
Contro: Da können die Betreiber nichts dafür, aber auf den Aufzug ist kein Verlass (03. Stockwerk nach 30 Minuten Fußmarsch kann anstregend sein)
