Pro: La posizione, la disponibilità dei proprietari, gli spazi ampio, la presenza di più bagni, i materassi, gli utensili in cucina
Contro: Il piano di sotto (odore di umidità e pulizia parziale), il check in in inglese come anche le istruzioni (consiglio almeno la doppia lingua nel faldone informativo)

Pro: Arredata in modo funzionale , molto ben posizionata in una zona tranquilla
Contro: Consiglio di fare un po’ di manutenzione, porta bagno che non chiude, sostituzione batterie nei telecomandi, termosifone bagno da sostituire o riverniciare, siliconare piano doccia e piano lavandino, il tavolo in cucina ha le gambe un po’ così così, l’appartamento è bello ed è un peccato lasciarlo andare.

Pro: Clean and neat upmarket apartment with everything you may need. Good location in quiet part of town.
Contro: One bedroom is on ground floor with the rest of the apartment on the 2nd floor. A steep and narrow staircase connect the two. The base of one bed broke on the 1st night. We did report it to the host, but no one came to repair it. We were blamed for jumping on the beds! We manage ourselves to temporary repair it.

Pro: Die Lage ist perfekt. Ruhig, gute Lokale in der Nähe. Die Betten im großen Schlafzimmer im 2. Stock und im kleinen Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss sind sehr bequem. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Nachdem die Wohnung kalt war hat uns Federico umgehend Heitzstrahler gebracht und die Heizung repariert. Danke Federico.
Contro: Das Appartement ist mehrstöckige. Eine über 30 schmale, steile Stufen nach oben führende Treppe. Die Treppe ist sehr schön, aber etwas gefährlich da sehr steil. Nicht geeignet für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung und auch nichts für kleine Kinder. Sollte vielleicht in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Leider hatten wir bei unserer Ankunft eine kalte Wohnung und wurde von Eli vertröstet, wir sollten der Heizung etwas Zeit geben. Am nächsten Morgen war alles immer noch kalt. Haben dann direkt mit Federico Kontakt aufgenommen und er war sehr bemüht, hat uns Heitzstrahler zusätzlich gebracht und die Heizung repariert. Danke Federico. Dass man am Urlaubsantrittstag aufgefordert wird eine Kaution von €200 zu bezahlen ist legitim, aber könnte auch im Vorfeld wenigstens kurz erwähnt werden. In der Dusche wäre etwas Platz um ein Duschgel oder Shampoo abzulegen angenehm. Im Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gibt es keinen Kasten. Ein Kleiderständer oder ein Regal wäre hilfreich. Sind alles nur Kleinigkeiten die leicht ergänzt werden können. Aber trotz allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Pro: מיקום מצויין,, מעולה לישראלים שרוצים להיות בקרבת הגטו והמסעדות הכשרות. דירה מרווחת ,יפה וגדולה. מצויידת היטב
Contro: המזגנים לא עבדו מספיק טוב, ביקשנו כמה פעמים שיבואו לתקן ובסוף בעלי ניקה את הפילטרים ושיפר את המצב. דלת השירותים ביחידת ההורים לא נסגרה. כשהגענט לא היו מים חמים במקלחות , מסתבר שהגז היה סגור ולכן גם לא יכולנו לבשל. רק אחרי שיחות על הבעלים הבנו את מקור הבעיה. טלויזיה בחדר בקומה התחתונה לא עבדה

Pro: Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, die Betten sind bequem.
Contro: Wir waren zu 6 Personen (drei Schlafzimmer drei Bäder) leider gibt es nur 4 Stühle am Tisch. der Toilettendeckel im Masterbad ist Ekelig und muss dringend ausgetauscht werden.

Pro: L emplacement est super l appartement très agréable. La personne qui nous a accueilli était adorable il nous a tout expliqué et présenté la ville C est à 2 pas des taxis bateau
Contro: Juste l l'escalier qui est très abrupte donc on a laissé les bagages en bas et difficile d accès pour une personne qui a du mal à marcher.
