Lovely apartment to enjoy Venice

Pro: Era tutto perfetto. Proprietario gentilissimo. Pieno di verde intorno. Casa attrezzata di tutto. Addirittura incluso le cialde del caffè e pure il tè.

Bellissima e comodissima struttura

Pro: Tutto molto bello e confortevole ottima l’ospitalità di Sandro il proprietario che ci ha accolto e mostrato l’appartamento dandoci le istruzioni per il nostro breve soggiorno e degli ottimi consigli per girare la bellissima Venezia. Struttura ben collegata nonostante si trovi a 20 minuti in autobus da Venezia, ben servita dal Bus 7 o 7E che porta direttamente a piazzale Roma, pulitissima con 1 letto matrimoniale e un sofà molto comodi , l’unica cosa munitevi di bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Consigliatissimo anche per l’ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità. Grazie per tutto !

Pro: This apartment was absolutely fantastic. It’s very spacious, modern, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is especially well equipped, which made it easy to cook and feel at home. The location is also a big plus. Venice is very close from here, and the train station is just a few minutes away, so getting around was quick and convenient. Sandro, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed. He made sure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. There is even a garage, so we didn’t have to worry about the car at all, which gave us real peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Pro: The apartment is clean and spacious. It has everything one need for a short stay, including cooking oil, salt, washing detergent, coffee capsules, etc. It is very close to Mestre. One can take the bus on the main road to reach the Mestre town centre and Venice (€1.50 single journey). There is also a supermarket within walking distance.

Contro: Although the apartment has a private garage, you need to get out of the car and manually open/close the garage door as well as open the front gate. So it is more convenient to park on-street.

Pro: Un bon accueil avec une superbe communication. Disponible par message pour toutes questions. Le nécessaire était dans l'appartement avec thé, café... La ligne 7 pour Venise à 400m et facile d'accès... Parfait ! Grazie Mille

Pro: Отличное расположение аппартаментов. Рядом остановка автобуса, который за 20-30 минут довезет вас до Венеции. Квартира супер чистая и очень просторная. Есть обустроеный балкон, где можно всей семьей расположиться для завтрака. Есть кондиционер, который спасал нас в жаркие дни нашего пребывания. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда, а так же посудомойка и таблетки к ней. Приятный бонус - это наличие чая, кофе, сахара и т.п. Ванная комната просторная и чистая, есть стиральная машина. Хозяин квартиры очень приятный. Быстрое заселение и передача ключей. Быстро выходил на связь и отвечал на вопросы. Отдельное спасибо за приятный подарок, который ждал нас в квартире. В квартире есть частная подземная парковка, которой мы смогли воспользоваться. Но и на улице около дома всегда было свободное парковочное место.

Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Bravo!
