Pro: Appartamento stupendo, ordinato e molto comodo. Avere il giardino è un ottimo punto a favore. Zona tranquilla e vicina a supermercati e ristoranti.

Pro: Posizione ottima vicino al parco Catene, servizi in loco e mezzi pubblici per Venezia. Il giardino privato è stato molto graditi dal nostro amico a quattro zampe.
Contro: Un po' più di cura al giardino esterno avrebbe reso tutto perfetto!

Pro: Appartamento spazioso con ingresso indipendente, giardinetto privato e interni moderni. Cucina davvero bella, munita di tutto il necessario per essere utilizzata. Bagno grande, con una bella doccia ampia e una finestra per arieggiare. Un peccato che mancasse la lavatrice. La proprietaria davvero gentile e disponibile, si è dimostrata pronta ad aiutarci immediatamente anche dopo il soggiorno, quando siamo dovuti tornare indietro perché i nostri amici hanno dimenticato i passaporti all'interno dell'appartamento. Ancora grazie per la disponibilità!
Contro: Se dovessi dare un suggerimento sarebbe quello di installare delle zanzariere.

Good, cozy apartment in Marghera
Pro: Good, cozy apartment. The bus stop to venezia is within 200-300 meters. Parking near to the house. Toilet is also good with a lot of space inside.
Contro: Lock for the toilet (a tissue was inserted to the big keyhole to block the view from outside), it is necessary when the apartment is rented out to a group of people and not for a couple. Lack of cabinets to put dresses.

Pro: Clean and spacious apartment with air conditioner. Near bus stop, two supermarkets, restaurants etc.
Contro: Nothing, everything was excellent.

Pro: The apartment was really good. A little bit far from main venice but there is direct bus (6 and 66) facility from the nearest bus stand. Overall the apartment was hussle free, clean and suitable for a family.
Contro: There was nothing in particular that I didn't like. Everything was perfect.

Pleasant apartment that serves perfectly as a base hub for visiting Venice.
Pro: We had a very pleasant stay in a comfortable appartment: not a single remark about the size, cleanliness and comfort. To be honest, I have absolutely no remarks, except the fact that the general feeling of luxury is missing to give it a 10/10.
Contro: Parking is provided and free, although on about 200m distance of the appartment. Marghera is good base location for visiting Venice, although the crowded busses to Venice cannot be avoided.

Pro: Apartment located in a modern and quiet condo, close to the bus stop and grocery stores. It's quite big and well-decorated, with lovely small terrace. In general, apartment has everything for comfy staying.
Contro: It's a bit cold because of no central heating. It would be great to have a coat hanger or hooks at the entrance. Some declared kitchen facilities is missing - e.g. there is no electric kettle and coffee machine. Also, we were lacking some small useful kitchenware like paring knife and frying pan lid.

Pro: It was a good size apartment for 5 people, well equipped and fairly clean. Appreciated the mosquito nests on all the windows 🙏 Free parking nearby, quite area with a good choice of restaurants, and a 20 minutes drive into Venice. Good and clear instructions for self check in and info about the area and Venice.
Contro: The private garden needs a little upgrade (grass and better furniture) The one AC unit for the whole apartment is strong enough but you need to have the bedroom doors open. Would be much better if separate AC units in each room or at least some ceiling fans. The toilet flush is a bit too loud in the bedroom
