Pro: The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Very comfortable and provided with everything one might need. The owners were so welcoming and helpful, they sent messages before we got here on how to buy tickets and use public transport, where the stores are, attractions and restaurants in the city. Mariana met us at the apartment when we got here and shortly explained everything around the place. It was a really comfortable stay with no issues.

Pro: Everything was great. Mariana and Leonardo were very nice and helpful, they provided us all of the information we needed to get to Venice. The apartment was about 30 minutes from Venice but the tram station was a minute away from the door.

The apartment is very comfortable, in great location and has very kind owners.
Pro: We liked staying in San Felice. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We found everything we needed and even more. The rooms were clean and big enough, the balcony is great for enjoying morning coffee and late night air. The owners of the apartment were very kind and generous, they helped us with the advise and managed to solve small misunderstandings.
Contro: The room with 2 separate beds has a little bit uncomfortable beds.

Lovely place
Pro: Appartment is better than the photos, spacious, super nice and very clean. Has everything you might need for a pleasant stay. Bus stop just opposite. Venice is 30 minutes with the tram. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, super kind and polite. Gave us all the tips to have a great time, left us some fruits and sweets for the welcome, which was very nice of them. They can drive you from/to airport in good price and always on time. We will definetly be back. Highly highly recommended!!
Contro: Appartment on 3rd floor, not a problem but not suitable for disable people as there is not a lift

Vše opravdu super, DOPORUČUJI
Pro: Skvělá lokalita, jedná se o bytový dům, byt je v horním poschodí (bez výtahu) a možností parkování u bytového domu - nevyužili jsme. Přímo vedle domu je zastávka tramvaje, odkud jedete přímo na konečnou do Venezie. Hostitelka byla nápomocna při řešení jakéhokoliv požadavku, v ubytování nachystáno prosecco, muffiny, čaj, káva, vše potřebné vybavení, deštníky, prostě bezproblémový pobyt, pohodlí, teplo, klid, krásný velký, prostorný, všude čisto, vůně - DOPORUČUJI. V okolí pobytu možnost nákupu. Při ukončení pobytu necháváte klíče na pokoji a pouze za sebou zavřete, jen pozor dole před vstupem do bytovky je branka na klíč, takže nejdříve si musíte jít při odchodu odemknout dolů branku, nechat ji otevřenou a poté uzavřít byt, což je opravdu maličkost.
Contro: Bolavé nohy z celodenních výletů po Venezii :-)

Nice option for an extended stay in Mestre, close to the airport, with nearby services.
Pro: Ideal location at tram station and two blocks from grocery store. Well supplied with umbrellas, bathroom toiletries, laundry soap and equipment, and a spare set of keys.
Contro: There was nothing we disliked. It satisfied all our needs for a 2-week stay. Be advised the unit is on the 4th floor (3rd floor as Europeans count them) and lacks an elevator, so not a good option for those who can I manage 50+ stairs. We didn’t have any problem with the stairs.
