Pro: Decent Apartment with all amenities Good value for money Very Helpful and Supportive Host

Contro: Lift had an issue during our stay and it was hard to carry our luggage using stairs. Breakfast options provided can be improved

Pro: The advantages from this room is the location nearby the tram that leads directly to Venice and the parking place.A nice tidied up room.

Contro: The building is old and dark,and a sheet under the main blanket would be nice.we noticed some stains on the blanket.

Pro: Extremely helpful host, that was available to talk to at any time and helped us with any information about travelling around the city. The house is just in front of a tram stop so very easy to go in and out of the Venice islands. The room had everything we needed, with a comfortable and spacious bed and open living space. Perfect for 2 people. The shower was very nice as well. Would recommend to anyone

Pro: Appartement très propre , bien équipé avec un emplacement idéal à côté d’un tram pour se rendre dans la ville historique de Venise. Petite remarque : Peut être juste laisser une couverture à disposition dans l’armoire pour les personnes frileuses .🙂

Tekrar geldiğimizde kalacağımız bir ev

Pro: Merkeze yakın ulaşımı kolay, Venedik E ulaşımı da çok kolaydı. Daire çok temiz ve güzel dizayn edilmişti. Ev sahibi muhteşem ilgili ve kibardı. Her konuda yardımcı oldu. Otoparkı olması da çok iyi!

A comfy little place

Pro: The host is great and very helpful. The location itself is near the T1 tram station that will get you to almost anywhere around Venice. The place is very clean!

Contro: The only issue is the noise, so if you have trouble sleeping in a little bit of noise, that might be an issue as there is some noise even in the night. Besides that, everything was great!
