Perfect beachfront location for families up to six people
Pro: Perfect beachfront location, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen
Contro: The sliding doors: they are too noisy, especially the bathroom door. Maybe it would be better to change them to normal doors. It would add more comfort to the apartment. Unfortunately there were only 2 sunbeds with umbrella for the apartment (we were 6). WiFi was on extra charge and was unstable.

We would be happy to come again (especially if closing doors are not so loud).
Pro: Spacious apartment and perfect location just opposite the sea. Quite surrounding, 5 min walk to the supermarket. 2 Sunbeds with umbrella are including in the rental price.
Contro: 1. Usually in apartments we rent we can find some basic things: salt, pepper, oil for cooking, dishwasher tablets. There was nothing. First we had to do is to go to the supermarket and buy many simple things. And after the week we had to throw them or put them in our luggage. 2. The door closing system is very strange and the doors close very loudly. This needs to be repaired. 3. Guests have to take the keys only in the office and have to bring them back the same place. It would be better to have an option just to leave keys in apartment, as it is usually done. It is not a problem for the guests with a car, but we came without car. 4. Small bathroom has too tiny shower cabin. It was too small even for me with my 50 kg weight. 5. Apartment is a bit far from the main bus station, it is about 50 min by foot or you have to wait the bus (come every 20 min). With a car it is not a problem at all.

all in all, a good place with some minuses that can be overlooked at the end of the day
Pro: The very best thing about this place is the location, next to the beach! This is truly great! It is a clean place with comfortable beds that can accommodate well 2 families. The dishes and cutlery are sufficient. There are 2 elevators in the building which work well, this is also a plus.
Contro: - interior doors, they make awful noise to open/close, nobody can sleep after one of these doors is used - the shower cabin in the big bathroom did not close properly so the bathroom was always filled with water on the floor - some salt, oil, dishwasher pills could have been provided. Things that you need to buy & then throw away because you only use small quantities. - there is only 1 parking place/apartment for 7 persons which obviously come with 2 cars so for the second car you need to go a few streets away for parking. On the main street the parking is very expensive (~2 eur/hour)

Pro: Ubytování je na skvělém místě a pro dvě rodiny ideální jak prostorem, tak vybavením, které je víc než dostačující. Při přebírání klíčů v kanceláři byla moc ochotná a milá paní, která se vším poradila.

Ubytování super (pláž 20m), parkování katastrofa včetně správce Marca
Pro: Přímo na pláž stačí projít barákem, z balkonu boční výhled na moře, druhý balkon do ulice. Apartmán byl velký se 4 ložnicemi (jedna opravdu malá), dvě koupelny, vybavení - mikrovlnná trouba, lednice, myčka, pračka, plynový sporák
Contro: Ubytování při příjezdu by mohlo být čistější avšak dostačující. Stejně po první návštěvě pláže přinesete písek. Co se týká koupelen. Jedna opravdu malá. Sprchový kout tak pro děti. Dospělý se netotočí, ale neberu to jako negativní vzhledem k velikosti koupely, ale co se týká velké koupelny, tak tam je fakt špatný sprchový kout, Posuvné dvěře do sprchového koutu vypadlé, chybějí kolejnice, Když se vám to povede zavřít, tak otvírání je fakt na inženýra. Chytáte kdy vypadnou. Takdy by chtělo zainvestovat do opravy. Tak tohle je moc - parkování. Agentura garantuje rezervované místo - při příjezdu nám při předání klíčů řekli : \

Erholung in guter Lage, aber mit klapprigen Türen!
Pro: Deutschsprachige Agentur, Parkplatz kostenfrei vor dem Haus inbegriffen, Strand mit eigenem Schirm und 2 Liegen hinterm Haus, Größe der Wohnung ist angenehm für 5 - 6 Personen. Es gab ein Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett, ein Zimmer (klein) mit 2 Einzelbetten und es gab 2 Doppelzimmer mit französischer Matratze (Breite war eher 1.50m). Keine Lärmbelästigung durch die nahe gelegene Fußgängerzone. Rolladen an den Fenstern, und das Fliegengitter am Balkon. 2 Bäder mit Dusche und WC. Küchenausstattung, sowie Geschirr gab es reichlich und eine funktionierende Spülmaschine. Aufzug zu den Stockwerken.
Contro: - In der einen Dusche müßte dringend die Duschhalterung erneuert werden, da diese nicht mehr hält. - Größtes Ärgernis waren die Türen. Es sind schwergänige, laute, undichte Klapptüren. Gut wenn keiner schnarcht und man die Türen auf lassen kann. Badtür riecht man alles was der Vorgänger macht durch. - In der Küche gingen nur 3 Brenner, der 4. sollte dringend gemacht werden. - Baulärm im Haus und für ein paar Stunden hatten wir kein Wasser. Hier wäre eine Info hilfreich gewesen. - Wassergeschmack aus den Hähnen war gechlort, so dass wir zum Kochen lieber gekauftes genutzt haben.
