Un'esperienza unica, come Venezia, come Ca Diva

Pro: Ca Diva è un appartamento veramente bello e confortevole, un vero gioiellino. Abbiamo trovato tutte le comodità necessarie a trascorrere una bella esperienza. Letto comodissimo, bel soggiorno con tv, cucina attrezzata di tutto, un bel bagno con lavatrice/asciugatrice molto comoda, e poi la casa è ben climatizzata e insonorizzata. Anche la posizione dove si trova ci è piaciuta molto, il quartiere di Cannaregio è tranquillo, si respira proprio l'aria veneziana, leggermente fuori dal caos del viavai turistico, ma comunque vicino alle principali attrattive di Venezia, un punto strategico insomma. Paola, la proprietaria, ci ha fatto sentire davvero come se fossimo a casa nostra, sempre molto disponibile gentile e premurosa, ci ha accolti col sorriso consigliandoci posti da vedere, ristoranti e bar, si vede che ama ciò che fa. Torneremo sicuramente

Pro: Cosy and comfortable house equipped with all the comforts, far from the chaos but at the same time close to the most interesting points of the city. The kitchen is complete with everything you need. Paola top welcome! He directed me to the typical restaurants that otherwise I would never have known

Cozy and well aquipped apartment in quite area

Pro: The apartment is wonderfully located in the beautiful Cannaregio district, inside an internal courtyard with a gate, on the ground floor, away from the bustling streets of central Venice. It was great to return to a warm and cozy apartment after a day of walking. It was unbelievaly quiet there.For those who come from Marco Polo airport it is very easy to use the alilaguna boat and get off at the Orto station- 5 min. walk to the apartment.The apartment is well aquipped with all you need.Always hot water and the heating is on all day long.Fabio was very helpful and available for any questions.For 2 weeks it was our cozy \

Pro: Historic location, away from the main tourist area so very quiet at night which was appreciated. Very comfortable and clean apartment with everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Walkable from railway station which is always good if you are arriving or departing Venice by train. Supermarkets close by. Nothing to fault.

Pro: The apartment is in my favorite area of Venice, easily accessible by boat from the airport, with a number of great restaurants and bars, and an easy walk to all the sights. The apartment is in a quiet and gated area. Its clean, spacious enough for 2 people and had a nice kitchen (stove, coffee maker etc.). We had everything we needed.

Contro: We arrived around 8:30pm, and so had to pay 50e extra for “the late check-in”. Otherwise, check-in was smooth.

Good value for money in great location

Pro: Located close to many bars, restaurant and a boat stop but a little bit further from the monuments so you enjoy very quiet nights in a very touristic city. The studio fits for two people and is well organised, with one separate bedroom, living room with open kitchen and bathroom. It can be hot in summer but the bedroom has a proper airco system. Fabio was very communicative and helpful at our arrival.

Contro: Cutlery and dishes were a bit limited for proper cooking and a proper airco system is missing in the living room.

Pro: A wonderful place in the best location and a very nice host.

Nice place to stay in Venice

Pro: Comfortable apartment, hospital hostess Paola, nice quiet place in Venice without crowds of tourists and 15 minutes to Realto and 25 minutes to San Marco. Excellent access from the airport by note (linea A).

Great place to stay in Venezia

Pro: Location was excellent - close to lovely local bars and restaurants Had everything to make our stay comfortable - coffee-maker, smart TV and washing machine were great.

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: Hôte très accueillant et très gentil, emplacement parfait dans un petit quartier vivant, il y avait tout le nécessaire dans l appartement, le lit était très confortable
