Pro: Everything! The apartment was clean and spacious, with air conditioning and shutters for the heat. The kitchen was well equipped. The outside area was lovely. The apartment was in a lovely neighbourhood and in an excellent location, neat the beach and a 15 minute walk/5 minute bus from the water bus terminal. The host was friendly and helpful with easy communication via WhatsApp.

Contro: Nothing!

Pro: Sehr gute Lage, weil in Meernähe und Bar BEPI (Snacks & Drinks) in unmittelbarer Reichweite, kleine aber feine Terrasse mit toller Aussicht, sehr ruhige Lage, sehr saubere Wohnung

Pro: The property was in a great location very close to the Venice Film Festival. There were restaurants, a bar, and a bakery in the area as well. The apartment was very clean and well-appointed with all the conveniences of home like a rainforest shower, a washing machine, a well-stocked kitchen with dishware and appliances. The living room, dining room, and bedrooms (2) were comfortable. The owners were responsive to my pre-arrival inquiries and at check-out. Overall, a very nice unit.

Contro: There was a note that AC temps are regulated by the city, but I don't think the A/C was turned on at all and/or adjustable with the remote. This made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have ceiling or floor fans as backup. Greater emphasis should be made that access to the unit is at the rear of the building. Also that the unit is on the top (3rd floor), not the second floor as stated (and there is no elevator). Instructions on how to use the in-unit washer would be helpful.

Luxus Apartment mit großem Balkon

Pro: Sehr großes Apartment in ruhiger Lage mit tollem großen Balkon. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Großes Badezimmer mit Fenster, Tür nicht abschließbar. Schlafzimmer sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, mit viel Platz für Kleidung und andere Sachen.

Contro: Kein Aufzug (liegt im 2. Stock). Schlüssel war nicht wie vorher vereinbart deponiert. Telefonisch niemand erreichbar. Schlußendlich hat die Reinigungskraft uns ins Apartment rein gelassen. Besitzer des Apartments hat such später gemeldet und dafür entschuldigt.
