Pro: Il padrone di casa è una persona molto organizzata e cordiale. Ci è piaciuto il fatto che abbia predisposto una base per fare una piccola colazione al mattino compresa nel prezzo già pagato. Pulizia impeccabile

Sentirsi a casa…
Pro: Ottimo appartamento fornito di tutto. Posizione tranquillissima e comodissima per raggiungere velocemente la spiaggia , l’imbarco dei vaporetti per la città ed il Gran Viale. Molto bello anche il giardinetto esterno , apprezzato dalla nostra bassotta Matilda 😊 ,ideale per una colazione o un aperitivo all’aperto. I proprietari super ospitali ancora un grazie per il check out ritardato . Casa Tiro ha reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile, torneremo 😊. Consigliatissima..

Fabulous stay. Excellent apartment , would definitely stay again.
Pro: Excellent location, very clean, spacious apartment. It was very well equipped, there was everything you might need from crockery to cling film. Gabriel the owner was very helpful, on time and communication was excellent. Fabulous restaurants in walking distance.
Contro: The double bed is a little hard, but that’s just preference.

Very Good Apartment, silent and with all ammenities. All clean, and ready to use.
Pro: Location: Yes, for me, Lido is better than to stay in San Marco, as I like to go to the beach, and also stay far away from the croud when wanted. The local street shops are nice, and looks if you're in a villa, not in a turist trap. The Keys: Gabrieli is an amazing guy. He waited in the street to open the apartment. I had some problem with the key, and he immediattelly did come to assist. Thank you. The Apartment: a) it is bigger than I immagined, It has a good living room and kitchen, so there is no need to eat in the bedroom. b) it has laundry machine. So it is good if you need to wash some clothing for a longer stay. c) The apartment has an exclusive entrance, so there is no need to meet neighbours, etc. It has a private courtyard. d) the apartment is in the ground floor, so no need to carry luggages up the stairs.
Contro: It is a bit far from the Lido Vaporetto Station if you have large or heavy suitcases.

Pro: Ruim appartement, goed uitgerust, 8’ te voet van de waterbus halte naar Venetië
Contro: Er is maar 1 toilet (in de badkamer), is geen probleem maar vraagt discipline als je met 5 bent!

Ideale Unterkunft für Venedig Besuche
Pro: Perfekte Lage in einer ruhigen Umgebung und trotzdem sehr zentral. Es war alles da was man brauchen könnte.

Zentral und gemütlich am Lido wohnen
Pro: Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ausreichend Geschirr, Toaster, Mikro, Ofen, Kaffeemaschine. Geräumige Küche mit Tisch/Stühlen und Couchecke, 1 SZ mit Doppelbett, 1 SZ mit 3 Einzelbetten - alles gute Matratzen. Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Im Vorgarten kleine Sitzecke. Super Lage, in 10min zu Fuss am Vaporretto, 7 min zur Haupteinkaufsstrasse mit vielen Restaurants. Supermarkt in 3min Entfernung und zum Beach ist es auch nictht weit. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber Gabriele.
Contro: Eigentlich nichts. Es ist Fliesenboden im Appartement - dadurch war es im Oktober etwas kalt in der Wohnung.

Pro: Ubytování poskytovalo dokonalé soukromí, útulný dvorek na posezení při ranní kávě, kuchyň spojená s obyvákem byla velmi prostorná a výborně vybavená což byl i celý apartmán. Nic nám tu nechybělo, postele byly velmi pohodlné. Obchod Prix byl velmi blízko, lékárna hned vedle ubytování. Na pláž to také nebylo daleko, stejně jako i do centra nebo na stanoviště vaporetta, kterým se můžete dostat do Benátek. Majitel je velmi vstřícný a milý, již potřetí jsme využili jeho služby ubytování. Děkujeme, pobyt byl velmi příjemný a příští rok se opět vrátíme.

Pro: la flexibilité de Gabriele pour etre à notre heure d'arrivée avec toutes nos valises et nous remettre les clefs un peu plus tôt que prévu après un long voyage

Pro: Zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig, sehr sauber, großer sehr gut ausgestatteter Küchenbereich, eigener Zugangsbereich mit kleinem Garten, haustierfreundlich, feine Ausstattung, sehr freundlicher zuvorkommender Gastgeber
