Beautifull apartment in great location, i can recommend!

Pro: Location was perfect, close to everything but peacefull location. Apartment was very cozy, we feld like home there :) In some previous rewiews guests did complain about toilet / shower, but there was nothing wrong with it. Toilet / shower was renovated and nice, and good size. We were 6 people staying in the apartment and it was perfect for us!

Pro: The apartment is in a good city centre location. It is a good size considering it was built a hundred years ago and right beside the canal. We travelled in late October so had no issue with mosquitos and the apartment was heating was fine. It's close to bars restaurants etc Thhe host was quick in replying and very helpful.

Two fantastic nights, would Sara again and longer!

Pro: Location, size and facilities. In a nice area, close to shops, restaurants and activities. Great to have a washing machine. Could comfortably fit 6 adults.

It was great value and a perfect place a for a group trip

Pro: The facilities were good and the apartment was spacious with a lovely piano and board games. The location was beautiful and the owner was very responsive and helpful

Contro: There was some minor damage on some of the facilities, and some of the fans were not fully functional so it got quite hot in the apartment at times

Pro: Location was great, just a short walk from various Vaporetto stations. Hosts gave clear instructions before we arrived and video guides. They let us drop our bags off a few hours before check-in.

Contro: Shower is small - but it's an old building so hard to do anything about that! Would have liked a few extra pillows.

Perfect flat to stay in Venice with friens

Pro: Coffee, teas and biscuits were available at the property. The flat was very warm, sheets and towels were provided. Location is perfect to visit the city.
