Affordable stylish penthouse studio for families on the Lido
Pro: Nice, big and stylish apartment, close to the beach, main street and to the boat harbor. Very quite, and well equipped rooms, two bathrooms, two bedrooms. The owner was very helpful to inform us about the arrival details as well as by leaving our baggages behind.
Contro: As it was under the roof at certain places one could not stand up. We arrived between 8-9 pm as we indicated and strengthened it 1 hour before, still we had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the landlady to come and give us the keys. During that time we could not contact her or the owner, so became a bit uncertain and sweaty in front of the gate. On top of that we had to pay 40 EUR penalty for late check-in fee. We could not figure out how the owen works even with the manual.

Excellent, quiet and convenient location. Helpful host.
Pro: Extremely well equipped except for kettle and mosquito swatter. Very peaceful. Well located for beach, Vaparetto and supermarkets. Actually worked better than staying in central Venice. Spacious, good hot water. Low ceilings for tall N.Europeans.
Contro: For people who react to mosquitoes they are a real threat outside, especially at dusk. They hide in the beams inside so some sort of netting inside the windows would be perfect. However given it is in the roof (no lift but wide stairs) and we brought a battery operated fly swatter, it was manageable.

Good contact, nice location, charming appartment, vintage style.
Pro: Great location, beautiful house. Liked the whole apartment, cozy and quite big. There was coffee and tea, and needed appliances in the kitchen. Contact with the person at arrival, really nice and welcoming, lots of explanations, smiling and kind. She waited for us a long time, which was highly appreciated.
Contro: It was hard to get the luggage upstairs without an elevator, 3rd floor. The apartment is under the roof, so it was hard to stand up in the kitchen, and I hit my head a couple of times. We heard the rain loud on the roof, not easy to sleep. I wish there were two more appliances in the apartment, a hair dryer and an iron / table.

Pro: Es un lugar especial. Pasamos unos días hermosos con mi familia, la ubicación especial perfecta. Cerca de la playa, el puerto y los restaurantes.
Contro: No funcionaba la cocina.

Parfait l'appartement correspond au descriptif et aux photos.
Pro: Super séjour en famille avec mon épouse et trois enfants de 9 ans fin avril 2025. L'appartement est proche de l'arrêt vaporetto, à deux du supermarché conad, et à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Parfait pour s'éloigner du tumulte touristique de l'ile principale. L'appartement est bien équipé dans une rue calme, dans un immeuble plein de charme. L'accueil a été parfait nous n'avons pas attendu pour la remise des clés.

Pro: Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Sind mit dem Auto rüber gekommen mit der Fähre und dann gar nicht mehr gebraucht. Alles liegt so nahe und super schnell erreichbar per Fuss. Sehr positiv für Familien mit kleineren Kindern.

Pro: Le lieu est calme, il y a la climatisation, ce qui permet de pouvoir dormir, lors de fortes chaleurs. Le lieu est proche de l'arrêt du vaporetto, et on passe devant un primeur.
Contro: Appartement avec mansardes, pour ma part je n'ai pas eu de soucis.

Pro: Ich habe diese Unterkunft für einen spontanen Kurzurlaub im wunderschönen Lido gebucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt neben der Gran Viale, ruhig liegend. Das Liberty Apartment befindet sich zwar im dritten Stock, hat dafür aber viel Licht und eine richtig schöne, gemütliche Einrichtung und Atmosphäre! Die antiken Balken mit Dachschräge haben mir besonders gefallen und ich habe mich direkt gemütlich und wie zu Hause gefühlt

Nous avons apprécié, en famille, le logement et Venise au mois de mai. Très beau séjour
Pro: Emplacement parfait très près de la plage et de l'arrêt vaporetto pour se rendre à l'aéroport, Venise, les iles... Supermarché tout près. Cartier très calme, verdoyant, Grand appartement, grands lits et literie confortable.
Contro: La cuisine en sous combles, pas de lave vaisselle
